  • Painful updates

    The amount of updates this app requires is ridiculous I can’t use it for two weeks straight without forcing me to update it specifically at the time I really need it.

  • Bad internet

    My internet doesn’t work well at all and it’s very hard to get through someone at DU to speak to to come fix the problem. I am paying a big amount for bad internet and bad service
  • Do don’t recommend

    The home wireless service I absolutely do not recommend , I have issues for months I call and raise complaint after complaint with no help in fixing the reoccurring problems. The app isn’t very user friendly either In getting technical support either. I am locked into a year contract and after many complaints I stay have to pay out my contract which I have done. Please put your hard earn money elsewhere instead of mediocre service like Du

  • Not a customer centric

    I’m tiered of updating your application on daily basis. The best way to get over from this is to delete your app and start browsing website. Least bother about customer’s preferences. What special updates you are giving that is vital to be taken on regular basis.

    Your app crashes as soon as I try to open it, your website isn’t any better and when I approach a physical customer service center to solve an issue, they are unable to help me and redirect me to the app which doesn’t work lol. The infinite loop of Du….

    While calling someone and they are busy the voiceover is saying I am out of balance.

  • The worst service I’ve ever experienced

    Customer for coming up to 3 years. My wife took a tourist sim - topped it up 99AED and it never worked. Having visited 4 stores called 3 times emailed none of the staff listened to the actual issue. Telling a customer there is an active sim when it doesn’t work is ridiculous I even had to show one of the staff it did not work when you called it. Was never about the money but the principle - well done DU you. Treat customers horribly they move on. Uou loose the 750AED I pay you each month over 99AED horrible service avoid them

  • Apple Pay issue

    I can’t even pay through Apple Pay any more … which is annoying.. can you please fix the problem? It’s lost revenue for you… ijs

    If you want to pay the bill with apple pay through the app it doesn't work. It says the payment was successful but nothing happens. Been like this for two months now.
