    They are make update just for nothing Why you need to remind me that my balance is low every time when I open the app?

    We are not dumb - if there ❌ button to close the offer, when I want to close its opening offer page?

  • Mis sold mobile package

    Someone called me and said I could upgrade my current package to a better one with more data. I said is the price the same and they said yes. I asked for an email explaining this in writing which I never received. Then they upped my plan and added a new fee to it. So I’m now being charged more for something I didn’t even agree to.

    Of course du customer care is AWFUL. And I am now going to cancel my contracts. After 10 years of being with du I’m disappointed nothing more was done to help.

    The Du App has a nice UI but is more frustrating than the average telco. Often crashes, often doesn't work, often requires password resets, and is slower than paint drying in the Arctic. Could be and should be better.

  • Poor customer care.

    I am still furious about being missold a second SIM that I did not want at the Dubai Mall shop. Customer Service was not fit for purpose. It appeared that all Du wanted was to claw as much money out of me as possible. The sales staff at Dubai Mall are a disgrace, trying to set customers up for deals that are not relevant or suitable for them. Their approach matches those of the worst kind of dodgy street salesmen. Distracting you with free coffees and discussions that are not relevant(“I really like your country, I would love to visit one day… etc”). The guy that missold me another SIM, implied that I had won it. He even wrote “Congratulations!” on the packet. Du did not want to know. I had to pay approx 500 AED to get rid of it. It was never used.

    If Du is serious about customer care and bring respected as major company that serves its users well, it would prevent these practices immediately. However, I doubt that it ever would.

    The data units are not lasting as is normally supposed to be. They are diminishing at a very alarming rate which makes this internet unsustainable and very frustrating. I bought 2 GB this morning and it lasted 2 hrs under almost zero use status. The units just disappeared. I have just put another 2 gb and God knows how long it will last. Probably an hr. This is not acceptable as it is next to thieving on the part of the company supplying this service. This consumption is not real nor acceptable.

    Hello, please note that data consumption totally depends on the usage specially using video streaming, sharing your data as hotspot or using other data consuming apps most of the time. Thanks
