    Its nice to have this accessible but it need to keep up with updates of dentist in the are. Some moved or out of business. Makes it hard to keep up, only serves to bring up your ID dental insurance
  • No use

    This app is not of much use. Can’t see EObs, cant seen claims more than 5 recent, can’t see my username/passwords/resets. Website doesn’t allow me reset my password. Developers should seriously think about what value this app brings to the users.

    I called in and was told the wellness benefit app was not working well. I reported that I have a chronic covered condition to the agent. I cannot verify on the app that my condition has been recorded. Someone needs to check into that. I see that a previous review from 3 years ago complained about the same issue.

    The ease of navigating through the app is great. I can track my families progress and expenditures. Plan details are available here also. Though that can be confusing, I was able to get quick remediation with a call or chat! Thank you for making something not so fun easy to do

    I’m new to this dental application but “ so far so good”..

    Not user friendly and saw no where to ask questions until you got to survey at end! I should. E able to check on a service and see what I have to do to get it down!

  • UCD Mobile App - Lacking

    While I can do everything I need, there is no option to turn off paper and use electronic means to communicate with UCD. In todays world, and privacy concerns, this is a must for successful businesses.
