No use
This app is not of much use. Can’t see EObs, cant seen claims more than 5 recent, can’t see my username/passwords/resets. Website doesn’t allow me reset my password. Developers should seriously think about what value this app brings to the users.KJ2023
Wellness
I called in and was told the wellness benefit app was not working well. I reported that I have a chronic covered condition to the agent. I cannot verify on the app that my condition has been recorded. Someone needs to check into that. I see that a previous review from 3 years ago complained about the same issue.Show lessfonsey56

UCD Mobile App - Lacking
While I can do everything I need, there is no option to turn off paper and use electronic means to communicate with UCD. In todays world, and privacy concerns, this is a must for successful businesses.BGL57
