  • Widget Removal

    I love this app, but have been really disappointed that the widget feature is not available since updating to iOS 18. Having easy access to my balance from my home screen was one of my favorite features! Now I have to actually open the app to access balance info. There is the quick balance option in the app so I don’t have to login but it’s still not nearly as convenient as the home screen widget was.
    I’m also not a huge fan of the new app design that changed the view of the my accounts screen. Having my available balance in the green font was very convenient for a quick view when logging in and that has been stripped away as well. For someone with multiple accounts on one screen there is no pronounced separation anymore so it’s not as visually appealing. Overall the functionality of the app is great but a lot of the changes seem to make things harder and like a move backwards instead of forward.

  • Constant updates

    I understand staying on top of security… but daily/weekly maintenance is annoying. And why this latest update has to change the entire color scheme, fonts, rearrange the order of my accounts (my checking and savings switched spots long with the numbers display for each account), among other changes… why do developers always have to change things and not give us the option to leave stuff along or revert to previous STYLE!?!?!!?!!

    I liked the way it was, just update your security codes in the background of the coding and app, and leave the user interface ALONE!!!

    If you want to incorporate a new style, font, color, etc. add it in the options menu of the settings!! Stop forcing users to have to adapt to a whole new app. It gets old and is annoying every time…

  • Y’all are phenomenal

    I moved to Knoxville, Tennessee years ago from Wilmington, Ohio. I love Ohio don’t get me wrong that’s why I kept my bank because it’s home the environment and the people. This bank is amazing, they treat you with respect and understanding. I have tried to get a bank ( credit ) down here in Knoxville, Tennessee ORNL they treated me like I was the worst person ever. They didn’t take the time to explain anything an rush you out the door. I love my Wright-Patt always will so continue to listen to the customer needs and help them build their credit scores because now days it’s a tough world.

  • Lock/unlock feature

    Here recently on the app and the website it has not been letting you unlock cards. I’ve use this feature a lot because I’ve had a lot of problems with identity theft, all of my credit cards and my debit cards that have a lock feature. I use them to lock my carts when they are not in use. But here on WPCU website and app this feature has been malfunctioning and when I need to get into my account, I cannot because I am fighting with the website and the mobile app to unlock my card and it won’t. It typically will take 30 minutes to an hour for it to unlock. This has greatly made me want to switch credit unions, because if I cannot use the feature the way that it is intended to be used for my safety and why I have it. Many banks are now doing this feature, and also credit unions. Those banks and credit unions are looking a lot better right now.

    I really appreciate the excellent service that I received from my Wright Patt. The customer service is so very helpful in many ways, the employees are always courteous respectful and helpful. I always recommend Wright Patt credit union to friends and family, even a couple of strangers that I have heard complaining about their banking institutions. I just simply say try Wright Patt credit union!! I appreciate Ray Pat working with me as I learn to better budget myself with such a small income.   • Long time customer.

    I have used the online services for each of my WPCA accounts for as long as they have been offered and have enjoyed nearly flawless results. The fact that I am easily able to transfer funds back and for with a another account holder has been a huge plus.

    Wright Patt Credit Union has always been there for me and my family since 1982 as a junior in high school. I am as equally proud to say that I have always maintained the equal handshake as well. Several of my family members are proud Wright Patt Credit Union members?

  • It works for many things but it is difficult to do somethings

    I use this app daily it saves me time and money.

    Very friendly. They are a willing Notary Service and a Community Partner. Easy to work with. Being linked with other Credit Unions you have no cost ATM service when you travel out of State.
  • Really enjoy this app, one downfall

    I've loved using this app as it is so easy to view my balance, make transfers, and deposit checks (until recently). The mobile check deposit is my favorite feature but recently it has not been working. When I click to scan my check, it displays a message that says "rotate device," but when I do, nothing happens. The camer does not appear and therefore I cannot make any deposits from my phone which is very bothersome and this app used to work perfectly! Are there any fixes for this problem?

  • Manipulating my credit score.

    My understanding is that financial institutions can also influence credit scores. I have an outstanding debt that was sent to a collection agency a few years ago. I have refused to pay it, and they have not pursued it, because we both know it was a result of an unethical and manipulative act on the part of the creditor. I have never heard back from the debt collector. Several months ago this ‘blemish’ was not affecting the improvement of my credit score. My practice has always been to pay my balance within 24 hours of a transaction. I am using my CC specifically for the purpose of improving my score in case I ever need credit. I otherwise would just continue to use my debit card exclusively. Now, someone? (WPCU or the credit score entities) is using this ‘entry’ on my report as an excuse to lower my score back down to ‘poor’ despite my efforts to pay my balance always within 24 hours. I don’t know whether it is WPCU who has chosen to alter their perceptions of my ‘credit worthiness’ or it is one or more of the credit score entities, but I will eventually test the waters by moving on to a different bank or credit union.
