Needs work

Doesn’t recognise buses or trucks, only for cars and can’t seem to understand your location.

No real customer service

No help whatsoever, just cheap answer machines.
Please every one.. Look for a better company.
One start is too much

Fraud/theft alert

I will never use this rental company or anything associated with them. I booked online, prepaid then extended my original rental online and again prepaid online through Budget both times with my bank debit card. I then go in person to pick up the rental, they used my Capital One credit card to put the deposit hold on, everything was good until the extension that I booked online, called the store in Round Rock, spoke to the rep, he updated my rental agreement, or so he was supposed, come to find out he didn’t. I get threats by text, by phone and more saying I’ve basically stolen the vehicle, they then put out a search and much more, charge me $500 for repo and a total of 1300 plus on top of what I prepaid. They claim they didn’t get the prepaid, the rep didn’t do his job and now this is about to be taken to the news because they refuse to use their brains or do any work and actually look at all the proof I send them so I’ll let the news put them on blast and see if they come to their senses.

No ability to set vehicle preference

Should be able to select a vehicle preference

For example Electric hybrid petrol diesel etc

Fraudulent or incompetent, not sure which

Booked a car for one day for $50. Returned the car at the time and place stated on my booking. A few days later my credit card was overcharged by $300, with no explanation. I called to find out why, and they claimed I returned the car two days late to the wrong location. I told them that is wrong, and they said they would refund me. The only refunded me half of what they had overcharged me, so I had to call again to get the rest refunded. Then two weeks later they charged my card again with no explanation. So I called to find out why, and they said it was a toll charge. I didn’t use any toll roads, so I asked when and where it was and it turned out it was after I returned the car. Still waiting for them to refund that. It seems like they charged me for whoever used the car after me and didn’t correct it after I brought it to their attention multiple times.

Keep logging me out

Every time I login it tells me that wrong information. Change the password and was successful then go back to the app and then it tells me wrong information again

Error message at the end of reservation, failing the experience

After having picked the car, the time and date, location, after having entered my personal information and credit card number I finally tap the Pay Now button at the bottom of the screen expecting to finish the reservation

A pop up message "country code must be required" (sic!) is displayed. No explanation what field is incorrect, no fields are highlighted - very poor user experience (I tried editing my phone number by adding country code, with and without zero/ zeroes - no effect).

I ended up calling the reservation line, and booked over the phone. It cost me 15% more than the price quoted in the app. Please fix it so that the incorrect field is highlighted, or the error os not present at all.
