it’s totally useless plus dumbDeveloper Response
Hi Huo Chen, I am sorry you had a different experience than pretty much everyone else. Feel free to elaborate on why it didn't meet your needs by emailing us at speakbeatmetronome@shiverware.comHelps with pulse
Really like this app using it with my practice in voice mode helps me count more effectively when I play without it. Helps cement the pulse. Like the different voices.Perfect for choreography!
Daughter does competitive dance and competitive cheer.
Before rehearsing to the music, rehearsing choreography for precision is typically done by voice count alone. However, a human is prone to rush or drag.
A metronome doesn’t cut it either because, during rehearsals, movements are cued by the “count.”
THIS is PERFECT! 💯Show lessLove this metronome!
Great metronome! I use it with a lot of my students! Thanks for making it!Good, but too many adds!
This app has helped me a lot with timing on the piano, however it has way too many adds. If somebody made a version of this without adds, I would totally use it. Also, the voices don’t sound realistic.Developer Response
Ads can be removed for a small in-app purchase (we do need to eat at least once a day). The voices are from real voice actors :-)Count the number out loud!
Like the doctor beat! Finally a application that count the beat out loud! Really happy of my discovery! The only metronome for proper rhythm development
My guitar music teacher recommended this metronome and that was enough for me.The free section is good, but the one off paid parts of different time signatures (this includes the time signatures ,5,7,9.10,11,and 12) and added voices are well worth it.
I currently set 4/4 time with the eight notes and listen to the count for my music lessons. I don’t always need to see the screen to progress, due to the crisp audio voice. I have improved my rhythm through subdivision of the timings and the various uses of this excellent metronome.Show lessSo helpful!
Get in sync with your group with this app!Brilliant !!
Exactly what I needed - not only counts aloud simple rhythms (as a music teacher would) but also complex ones (as a flamenco guitar player I need counts such as 1.2.3 / 1.2.3 / 1.2.3.4 / 1.2 )
And unlike other app offerings, the voice timing is accurate even at higher speeds.
If I could select a beat per group to emphasise,(eg using the above example: 1.2.THREE / 1.2.THREE / 1.2.3.FOUR / 1.TWO ) it would be perfect...Show less
