  • Pretty okay

I did really like this app, but I much preferred the orange version, because it was easier to navigate and the purple is a less calming colour for me. The meditations themselves are amazing they’re easy to do and are very good for reliving stress, but again I just think the way the app was formatted before was so much easier to navigate and I liked how it was laid out.

  • Nothing will load??

This app sounded great but once I registered nothing else in the app will load. Just get the loading animation on every tab.
  • Amazing app!

For a free app this has a great amount of choice. I love the “My Favourite Place” section where I can visualise somewhere I can feel calm and settle my anxiety and depressive thoughts. I live in the UK and this app is mostly aimed at Australia and New Zealand but I love the accents so it doesn’t bother me. I would like the “My Favourite Place” sessions to a tad longer but I guess that’s what the pause button is for 😂

  • Not a fan of new ui

I much preferred the old ui. The new one requires way too many taps to do anything.

  • Best application

This is literally is the best application to meditate and relax’ Thanks a lot everyone who’s working on this application
  • Old app so much better - music functionality removed

After using the old app every night for at least 6 years for our children to help with sleep, the changes with the music stopping abruptly at the end of a mediation has completely disrupted bedtime. Why has this been altered when it was the perfect way to help with white noise and drifting off after a mediation? It is really jarring now that the voice and music stops at the same time, please can you bring back the choice of having the music continue.
I have emailed and commented on the Facebook page with no response other than a generic fob off much like the one on replies to reviews here as well. So disappointing after developing a successful sleep aid to sabotage it like this.

Thanks to the feedback from the community we are currently working on allowing the background music of meditations to run beyond the end of session. Please keep you app updated to receive the new updates. If you have any other suggestions to improve the app please let us know at info@smilingmind.com.au.
  • Ceri

This is without a doubt the best mindful and meditation app out there. I’ve tried loads and this is just outstanding- so much research and so insightful. I have recommended it to all my friends. I don’t usually write reviews but this has helped my sleep, and my life so much. My 12 year old loves it too. Thank you Smiling Mind!

  • I love this

I listen to a Smiling Mind sleep meditation every night before going to bed. I love that there are so many options and that it’s all free. There are meditations based on thoughts, the body, the breath, sounds and tastes. There are meditations for work, school, weekends, on the go, stress, and sleep. They have meditations specifically for youth, kids, adults and families so you can have meditations better suited to you. And I repeat, it’s all free. No one time fee, no in app purchases, and no subscriptions. I have been battling anxiety for a while and this app has really helped me along the journey. I love the S.O.S meditation for panic attacks. But really, I just love this app. By the way, I can’t wait to see the new update! Thank you so much, Smiling Mind!
