  • Wow!

This is so good for something compatible with iOS 12.5.5! Fully recommend this app!
  • I can’t log in after using it for ages and it being fine the day befor

I have tried to create a new account it took me to the sign in where it said it was incorrect, I then tried to link it to my facebook where it gave me the same message but I got a notification of Facebook saying I had logged into the app.I don’t know what to do know and would like to continue using the app as I liked some of the meditations

  • Gentle, supportive, well made

This app is a fantastic way to practice mindfulness. Truly, it was designed for users, not for a company to make money off of it. It is easy to use and navigate features. The reminders, the voices and the education are all very gentle, clear, and easy to understand. There are no rigid standards you have to meet, but rather goals that you work towards gradually. there are a variety of meditations, of differing amounts of time. There is learning and support that is wonderful. A good mixture of hard science, philosophy, care, and support.

  • Best meditation app!

This is the best mediation app I have ever used! I don’t have to pay for anything and there are mediations for literally everything I could ever think of. I’m getting back into the habit and this app is making that possible!
  • Smiling mind

It’s so good I fall asleep every time, anywhere and everywhere, it’s really good that you can download the ones you want to listen to and you can listen to them without having wifi. I love it so much😆😆
  • What I’ve been looking for

    May 2023:
This is just what I’ve been looking for. Different meditations and programs for wherever I am at in that moment. The app is simple to navigate and without all the bum fluff. Like good fish and chips I reckon -crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!
    ***Update: 12 June 23***
    What’s happened?
Opened up the app this morning to do my meditation and whoops! Zero meditations available. Zero. So I logged out and tried to sign back in, whoops! Couldn’t sign in. It kept saying there was a problem. So I deleted the app and downloaded again, whoops! Same problem, couldn’t sign in at all. Funny thing is, it “welcomes” me back, except I can’t log in??? I have been going well, slowly increasing the frequency and length of my meditations. Most importantly I have felt an uplifting change. Please tell me this is just temporary or was it a 30 day access thing?

  • Smiling mind is awesome:pros and cons

I’ve been using smiling mind for a few years now and I can say that smiling mind is an amazing app and really lives up to its name. Today, I’ll have some suggestions and compliments to make about the app.

    Cons:
I just updated the app and I was about to do a meditation when I realised the layout was completely different than before. I rather prefer the previous version, maybe you could let us choose which interface we prefer in settings, that would be helpful.

Also, I can’t troubleshoot the well-being check in even though I changed the settings to 18 years old and refreshed the page. Maybe you can allow younger users to access the well-being check in?

    Pros:
Smiling mind meditations caters for all ages (3-Adult) and can help us in any situation (e.g. when we are stressed or just need time to relax)

Smiling mind is COMPLETELY free, and, I am really grateful for this, there are absolutely NO ads! Smiling mind is the best mindfulness app in my opinion for this simple reason.

Overall, smiling mind is a great app, though it needs some slight improvement.

    Thanks for reading!

  • Really helpful for me

I’ve been using smiling mind off and on for a few years now and I think it’s a great resource to have when I’m feeling a certain way.

I have anxiety and depression as well as sleeping problems, so I use their “sleep” and “mindfulness” sections most. Each session is 5-10 minutes long and is very relaxing, the narrator lets you know that it’s okay to get distracted and brings you back to the meditation/activity. There’s a lot of quiet sensory stuff, like “think of your feet, how do they feel right now? Are they touching anything?” And it moves up your body, it’s really grounding and has gotten me out of many panic attacks.

I highly recommend this app to anyone who’s looking for a mindfulness app :)

  • Not perfect but great

So far it’s been great, and I appreciate that it’s free and because of that I have little to complain about. There are just three main things that bother me in order of least irritating to most irritating.

    1) I wish meditation programs for children wouldn’t show up in my home page given that I am not a child. I should be able to ex out of suggested meditations that I don’t want to do at the very least.

    2) a mode where I can just time myself to and log that I have meditated today would be nice to have. You can have music, rain, or any soothing hypnotic sounds as such. Many might leave the app for other meditation log keeping apps for this reason alone.

    3) [MOST IRRITATING] in the home page there is some sort of “stats” and charts of my relationships, sleep, awareness, focus, responding, and stress. What exactly is that measure? And how? It seems very arbitrary and there is no explanation on how these “stats” are correlated with me. How exactly are you measuring my “relationships” or “responding”? Is it based on what kind of meditations I use through you? If so that’s not much of a stat of my own well-being but of how much I use your program. Over all it seems arbitrary and annoying.
