  • Love This App

    I don’t normally leave reviews but since I’ve been using this app for the past few years I feel I should leave one. I typically use this app when I’m struggling to sleep and almost every time, I fall asleep before the meditation finishes. I find the voice so soothing and love how they end their meditations saying they hope there’s now a smile on my mind If anyone is looking into getting into meditation I’d absolutely recommend this one, especially because it’s such good value for it being a free app! 😁

  • Amazing for kids!

    We were recommended this app for our oldest boy (7) who is struggling with his sleep and it’s worked a treat! We’ve been playing it every night for a little over a week now and both children (5year old too) are fast asleep before one 15minute session is over. They love it and can’t wait to snuggle down with a teddy and listen to the playlists. Would recommend this to anyone!

  • One Of (if not THE) Best Mindfulness App

    In today’s world, many mindfulness apps are loaded with adds and subscriptions that limit the user experience to the average person. However, this app is completely free to use and it has countless meditations to use for any specific purpose. I genuinely would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to delve into mindfulness. It is such a great tool.

  • Really helpful for lots of people!

    I have been using this app for myself and with teens and found it really useful, especially for specific situations. My only issues are with the background music and the tracking feature. I find the music to be mechanical sounding (like a buzzing that increases and decreases) and would much prefer something more natural and soothing. I just turn it off for now. And in the section that shows my daily progress, the dates are wrong — it’s a full day behind! No idea how to fix that. But those are slight issues; overall this is a great app that has helped me to meditate more regularly and effectively!

  • Wish I found it sooner

    Tried this app a few days ago and have found it to be amazing. Felt instantly calm following the first session and looked forward to the next. Amazing amount of programmes and all free with no annoying ads. Choice of male or female voice, choice of lesson length, good for when you have less time and you are also able to save favourites for easy access. Like that you can choose to have music at the end of the session if you want to meditate for longer. It makes you focus on breathing and being aware of what your mind is doing, easy to forget to pay attention to these things when everything else is going on, 5 minutes out of your day can make a difference to your wellbeing. I’ve had a paid for app before but this is so much better. Thank you!

  • Wonderful App

    i LOVE this app. it’s easy to use, has dark mode, you can easily see your progress, and it walks you through step by step. most of the meditation apps i’ve seen require a purchase to gain access to more than one super short meditation, but with this app you can do multiple meditations and select meditations for specific areas you’re trying to be more mindful in.

    i did want to mention this piece of advice (i know it wasn’t requested so take it if you want, leave it if you don’t) to the app developers: i would suggest you change the color of your app logo! red is often subconsciously processed as an alarming, high-energy color. when i was scrolling through meditation apps i almost didn’t download this one because of the red compared to all the other apps, which i noticed are mostly calming, cool colors like blues and purples. the calming colors just makes the mediation app seem like it would be more reliable. i do love the little smiling brain for a smiling mind thought :)

    i’d HIGHLY suggest this app to absolutely anyone trying to get into meditation!

  • Fantastic and free

    I’ve tried many of the meditation apps on here and this is the one I choose to use. Practical and pragmatic it offers guided short daily meditations on targeted topics. The person that narrates the guided meditations has a nice, calm and unobtrusive style. I have used this app many times over several years and it helps me enormously.

  • the gender options

    i really like this app, but the thing i'm about to state doesn't really affect how good the app actually is for meditation. But when you start the app it asks you for your gender identity. (personally i identify as non binary) the gender options were male, female, non binary and transgender... girl transgender isn't a gender. if you are a binary trans person you would pick one of the male or female options, and having the transgender option as a gender kind of separates being trans from being "a real woman" or "a real man". because if you are a trans woman, you are in fact a female so why wouldn't you pick the female gender option? that little thing is really the only thing i have a problem with in this app, overall pretty good 👌

  • It’s ok

    I’m a teenager that suffers with anxiety and my sleep schedule is terrible it’s not like the average teenagers let’s say that. I wake up randomly at night and struggle to get back to sleep and we all know counting sheep has never actually worked. My therapist recommended the app to me to help with my sleep as I didn’t want to use sleeping pills I tried the app and looked at the sleeping part and listened to the first recording hoping it would help it didn’t so I tried one of the other ones and the breathing exercise was the same as the first one and this continuously happened on every recording it really irritated me so I deleted the app

  • Encouraging to use

    I love using these meditations as they are so easy to use and very encouraging. Helps a great deal to calm my mind and give me a break from overthinking. Very helpful for sleeping too. It has taught me techniques to use at any moment. Thanks so much
