I benefited greatly
I have suffered with panic attacks for more than 20years, especially in crowded places like stores, subways, etc. Since March, 2023 I’ve used Inner Balance training daily: in the AM on my way to work, every two hours at work for 5 minutes, on my way back home, in the evenings, and before going to bed. Since last November 2023 I stopped having these panic attacks. It took a couple of good months of practice but consistency does pay off. I am extremely happy about this! Inner Balance app and ear sensor changed my life for the better. I am so grateful for the developers of this device and app. Thank you for your excellent research and work.

A Great Practice for Our Times
I love using the Heart Math sensor and this app for whenever i feel agitation or fear present. 5-10 mins is all I need to re-center. I also love how it helps me notice the difference in feeling present or lost in thought.

A Gift For All
I love doing my HeartMath sessions. I truly feel a certain peace that is so serene and beautiful. I feel present in that time. It helps me to be more present and loving throughout the day in my interactions with others even more so than just in my own trying to maintain a positive outlook. Especially when things get a little tough in life. I would like to add more time and more sessions when I can figure that out in my schedule. I wish everyone had the gift of doing practices like this. It would raise our collective consciousness and everyone would be happier. I also hope for everyone to have the gifts of therapy, yoga (I’m trying to get that started for the same reasons that HeartMath brings) and honestly May Pilates gives me a little off that same peace while working out (Mari Winsor is my favorite). Life Changing Experience !!!!!
I’ve been using Heart Math for years now and absolutely love it!!! It’s such a life changing practice that measures up to meditation. I incorporate it into my breath work and meditation practice and I feel like I can accomplish anything. I highly recommend Heart Math to anyone looking to change their lives for the better. Just a few minutes a day can calm your mind, bring your heart and brain into coherence, and bring you on the right track. It’s so incredibly how a clip attached to your ear for 10-15 minutes a day is so convenient and easy to bring about immediate change. HeartMath is Transformational
Seriously, try it. I tried lots of different meditations, but nothing stuck. HeartMath’s self-regulation techniques have got me through so many difficult times. Not least appearing on live TV and absolutely killing it! The bluetooth sensor gives me instant feedback on how well I’m doing. It also allows me to learn about myself more deeply - how different states affect my coherence. It’s invaluable. I’ve been HeartMath-ing daily for over 2 years now, I’m hooked :)

Excellent app and device
This is really easy to use and the feedback from the app is helpful. I’ve been using this for a while and very slowly making progress, but it’s not something you can rush.
The essential app
Really useful and essential app - keeps connection with all heartmath coherence building sessions. It is easily personalized with own pics, music breathing patterns and difficulty levels. There are many options for observing your coherence levels or guides to follow when using the IBB - Inner Balance Bluetooth device.
