  • Terrible App

    I’ve had this app for a couple of years now. It regularly resets my connection to my Company and Apple health so it’s no longer tracking your steps. Additionally, to view anything such as points accrued, you have to go through about 3 to 4 authentication steps to log in to what is essentially your corporate browser.

    To all the companies out there working with Limeade, this service offers the most minimum benefits to your employee with an app that is not at all useful.

  • Weekly time card

    For the pass month my weekly time card is not showing my hours clocking in and out it doesn’t let me update at all. I spoke to HR they said it’s the app not them I’m not the only one in my job that has this problem please can it be fix Thanks
  • Always logs me out, now it’s stuck in an infinite login loop

    Every time I try to use this app I find that it has logged me out (why??) and I have to go through my org’s SSO login process again, including entering 2FA credentials. This is a very tedious process. And now I’m trying to log in and it’s stuck in an infinite loop where I enter my org’s SSO credentials and the app dumps me back at the screen to enter my org’s name again. This is terrible. Just absolutely a shameful, useless app.

  • Horrible App

    Not sure how this can be thought of as a company benefit. Seems it is probably $ perspective that companies want to make it more difficult for employees to access them, and in that case what’s the point of paying for this service. This is not a user friendly app and doesn’t work how it should. Way too many login screens within the app after already logging in. Seems like there are probably a lot of fake reviews on here.

  • Terrible app

    This app is terrible. I cannot get it to connect my apple health. My employer says there’s a stepping it up team and I cannot find the team name in the list of available teams. I’ve spent about two hours trying to figure this out and there was no notice that the app has changed from Limeade to “Limeade one” as limeade is still available in the App Store.
    I don’t even think this feedback works - The send button doesn’t seem to do anything within the app so adding it here.

  • Missing points and cannot contact support

    I have completed dozens of activities and am still missing around 500 points. I’ve reached out to the vendor and they have said to contact Limeade. When trying to contact limeade support I can fill out my name and the issue but cannot fill in the email which means I cannot send the complaint. So im reaching out here hoping for someone to respond and give me a way to get help and receive the missing 500+ points.

  • Clunky app

    I’m fairly certain the positive reviews are fake, as this is a really clunky app. I use apps for everything and really appreciate how easy they have made doing certain things. This app is so weirdly designed. You don’t really know what the “track” pages are for without some extrapolation. I’ve never been able to figure out how to connect my Fitbit—I end up in an endless loop of instructions to help page back to instructions. But there’s no place to connect apps in the settings! I’ve made my way through some of the activities, and some aren’t bad. But the design is just poor compared to how many other awesome apps are out there.

  • Needs Help

    This app is really stupid. It has good intentions, but it is the worst executed app I have ever seen. Even though I have authorized Face ID it’s is constantly asking me to enter my email and log in.

    Organizations considering this app for their employees should look elsewhere.
  • Awesome “team social media” style app!

    Love the points incentive to learn new positive habits, take part in fun challenges, and foster a culture of whole person well-being with my team!
  • Terrible points system

    Are bots writing these reviews?

    To get our HSA we have to spend such a ridiculous amount of time tracking the most random stuff, that are worth almost no points. This program is a total joke of our healthcare system. Working out should be a major amount of points.
