  • 403 error

    Well, it worked great then today I kept getting the 403 error. It was nice, but now it defeats the purpose of trying to keep up with my employers health stuff via a mobile app.

    I’m just deleting the app and then revisiting it later on and I will correct my review if this is fixed
  • Counterproductive

    This is being used for my health benefits. It’s so ironic that they make us watch all these videos about reducing stress and spending wisely but this app stresses me more than anything cause it keeps crashing. Then wasting my time having to do things over and over again cause it fails to tracks activities.

  • Crashes

    It crashes every time I try to log in. I set up my account this morning only for it to crash! Tried to log on and instead of loading whatever this app is guess what it does? It crashes!!!!!!! I tried multiple times because maybe a server was down. None worked. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, which made me start all over again for registering/making an account only for it to crash AGAIN when it tries to load up my account.

  • I’ve loved this app until now

    My points have stopped tracking properly for months. Customer service is no help. Last year I hit the $150 gift card my employer offers no problem. Now I’m not getting properly credited for tasks I’m doing: eg completing a 12 week Hinge Health program. This app won’t work if the metrics are off.
  • Horrible

    My company uses this app.

    I tried to set up my account. It seems to have my info but I have no way to reset my password to even log in to verify it’s even me.

    I sent multiple requests for help and after a week, I get a reply that I will be sent a link to reset my password.

    It’s been 3 weeks. And still no link. What I did get was a survey to rate my experience. That was a week ago. No response to that either.

    I’d give you zero stars if I could. Your response rate is terrible

  • My New Home Base

    I love this app! I open it first thing in the morning to create my wellness plan for the day and then come back to it as-needed. A quick meditation, a fitness boost, or dinner inspiration. It helps me stay focused and committed to my health goals.

  • What a mess!

    I’ve tried the iOS app, on an iPhone 12 Pro. I’ve tried using my mobile Safari browser. Terrible interface, nothing loads properly, if it loads at all. This isn’t even an actual app in the true sense. It’s just an interface for the website to sit inside of - so why bother having an “app” at all? I gave up on the mobile app and tried using my iPhone Safari browser instead. Nope! Just as bad. Come on WA State/SmartHealth, surely you can do better than this!

    I’m going to give this program one more shot using my MBP, but surely the whole point of something like this is that it’s ALWAYS with me - in my pocket - so I can use it to log and track my activities. This feels like I stepped back into early aughts, iPhone 1, or Netscape on my 540C MacBook in the 90s. I don’t see how the iOS app has such a high rating. Have these people actually used the app to access SmartHealth for WA state PEBB employees? If so, how can you rate above a 2 with a clean conscience? Really, I want to know!

  • Game changer for my health

    I decided to make my health a priority this year and I'm so grateful to have come across this Limeade app through my company. It reminds me to take care of myself in simple, achievable ways and it's so straightforward and easy to use. I love that for some activities, my steps, workouts, or sleep habits are tracked automatically with my Fitbit so I don't even have to do anything. I'm also pretty competitive, so reaching those incentive milestones motivates me to keep logging on and find new activities. I use the Whil meditation feature every morning and I honestly am more excited to wake up every day knowing I'm taking steps to become a better version of myself.

  • I love this app!

    This app has helped me change my life. I feel more valued and engaged at work which has improved my quality of life. I take more time to focus on my physical and mental wellbeing. It has helped me to achieve a better work life balance, reduce stress, and increase my mindfulness and overall daily gratitude. Being a working mom has its challenges, but this app helps me to evaluate and prioritize both areas of my life and I feel empowered with where I am at, for the first time in my life.
