This app was forced on us by our company as opposed to more traditional avenues of reviving health benefits.
The pages are clunky, completing tasks doesn’t always work or isn’t clear after you completed them why they haven’t added your points. Not very user friendly. I would never use this app if I wasn’t forced to. This app is just one more chore I have to do now in my busy life.
Some of the information is appropriate, but it’s all pretty basic health and wellness stuff you can find elsewhere.Show lessBenRatings

Easy: Zero learning curve

Can we go back to the old app?
The old app was super easy to use and I was easily able to find programs to participate in and log my data intuitively. This app is not an improvement. I don’t need another social feed, I just need an app that works well. This one seriously needs a font size setting adjustment. The font displays text huge and makes it exceedingly difficult to read program titles or notifications without scrolling for days and you totally miss notifications that are lower. Also, if I scroll enough to make it to the bottom of the notification, there’s no link to sign up for whatever the post was about, so what’s the point? In the Help Center, the Contact Support has an unhelpful holding space instead of a place to enter my email, which is required to be able to contact support to make these suggestions. For the most part I like this app, and limeade in general. BUT, there is a serious glitch with the “discover” portion of this website. The page never loads on my desktop and I can’t access it on this app either. It’s just…blank. It has worked maybe 3 times since I got the app 5 months ago and it’s frustrating because I know there are more activities I could complete if the page would load.Show lessAmberle5253
