Love the update
I've had this app through my work for a few years and love the latest update. The app looks great and makes it easy to find what I need. I find myself checking it pretty much every day and I feel more connected to my company.
From a suggestion standpoint I would say that my feed sometimes gets overwhelmed with cheers which can make it easy to miss a company update.

Doesn’t “find” my company
I needed to download this for work. When I entered the company name is says “Not Found”. Until this issue gets fixed it’s useless.
Not working
Currently the app does not record your points or at least I am having that issue. I do tasks and my points are not being recorded can you please fix this other than that I love the app
Typical Enterprise Software
This tries to integrate with a bunch of other enterprise HR systems. Unsurprisingly it doesn’t work. You can’t tell if it’s Limeade or the other systems failing, but the user experience is brutally bad. Unfortunately this is all too common in the HR and benefits space. What a drag on a companies productivity!

Terrible Program
This is not the best program I have requested at least 3 times for my password to be reset, each time I get a message back “password has been reset” I try to access my account and still can’t open the program. I finally gave up, I wish my employer NEVER switched from Vitality, I hope its noticed the participation with Limeade is lower and unhappy users resulting in my employer bringing back Vitality!!!

Horrible!
Our company switched to this so this year. I HATE IT! We used to use Vitality and I loved that app. This one works against you instead of for you. I’ve tried several times this year to figure this app out and it’s been a waste of time. I think they started using this one too keep us from getting lower insurance premiums. I don’t work, it’s confusing and not user friendly at all. I honestly think it was made horrible on purpose or the developers aren’t out of Junior high school yet. Can’t track my steps and can’t enter any activity. Total piece of crap!

Very frustrating !
You can’t print out biometric screening to take to your physician. It took two days and a Ouija board, and a seance to get logged in-only to be kicked out. Considering it’s tied to my health benefits , it’s very upsetting that it’s such a pitiful app. Limeade was better and more user friendly. Customer service was less than helpful . Boooooooooo!!!!!!

TERRIBLE APP!
App won’t track correctly on iPhone/iwatch! Puts 2.5 hours of sleep on one day when midnight to six in the morning is certainly six hours. Adds 12k steps on one day and only 72 on the next. However, my phone and watch show correct hours and amounts. My work gets bonuses for finishing certain items, but I will never get the bonus because the tracking doesn’t work unless I enter every single thing manually. Who has time for that in this day and age?

Terrible app
New app is just terrible. Can’t search for activities, and only given a small amount to choose from. There is no differentiation between “my choice” points activities and other activities. If there is an activity with a presentation involved, it won’t load points after going through the entire process. Not sure why they thought this was a better option. Would definitely like to go back to old app.

Welcome to a whole new (cr)app!
- Super tiny fonts that don’t let you read anything
- Seems like UI design was done by a junior high arts class
- No way of seeing whether activities have been completed or not (wasted time doing two, only to not get any points)
- No way to see whether any activity is MyChoice points. This is by design, I believe, and totally deceiving.
