Cant sign in or contact for support
I got q new phone with new number. Phone companies reuse numbers.
Some one who use to have this number has an account meaning I cannot create an account. Theres no option i can findto report an error and request help.
When requiring numbers to be used developers should be aware that numbers are reused by phone companies and have a system in place to allow the numbee to register under a different account.Show lessY0dita

I love surprises, but not after you’ve booked and confirmed a Zoomy ride, and the surprise is ‘cancelled by driver’. I had 7 of those yesterday, gave up. I had 2 of those today, gave up.
Also misleading how it tells you ‘4 mins away’, then you book, and it’s not that nice close car that appeared on your map, it’s a car that is 18 mins away. Hmmm, do I book, and then how long do I wait in fear of the inevitable cancellation? Your diabolical app needs this advanced, modern computing paradigm called ‘confirmation’. I book, you confirm, you turn up.
No stars for you. You must hate your app users a whole lot to treat them this way, with what are deliberate design decisions.Show lessfatclunesy

Used ZOOMY for the first time over the weekend… first driver accepted our booking but dropped a non-paying person off first, driving passed our location and making us wait on the curb for 20 minutes (5 min estimate at time of booking). No apology either. Ordered three other rides later the same day, two drivers called after accepting booking but wanted us to cancel because they ‘asked’ and didn’t like where our destination was (it was Onehunga). Another just canceled. Not really a reflection on ZOOMY as most drivers work for all major rideshare companies… they were just dicks I guess.Show lessnznevin

Interesting how zoomy has been sold to the taxis, claiming they struggled to get drivers on board. It was the lowest paid app so of course drivers wouldn’t sign up,
and combined taxis have added their cars to the platform, claiming they will drop rates further, I wonder how the taxis will feel going from their current $3.50km to $1.35km. To even lower prices,
I also wondered what happened to their ihail app, so now they will own two failed apps, no point buying into another sinking ship, be better for them to join Uber and ola,Show lessHua666

I’ve tried to support this local NZ company, but honestly, it’s not worth the effort.
Drivers constantly cancel after you’ve already waited a long time for them. And the support from Zoomy is non-existant / it won’t even allow me to contact them through the app. I hate leaving bad reviews for apps on the App Store and would rather deal with the company directly, but there doesn’t seem to be any other option here.Show lessJustTryingToGetTheScore
No support exists
I accurately handed out 300 referral codes but without early warning they have changed referral scheme from $20 to $10 because of a few dodge drivers. I really wanted to support NZ rideshare company but my emails re other questions completely ignored. They don’t check drivers safety. I hate how riders can have my full name and phone number via the app. Very very basic features not to mention every rider is annoying they call just to make sure I’m on the way. Why can’t they just see the screen that’s the beauty of rideshare app.Show lesschrislovesapple

A Zoomy driver didn’t end the fare where I was dropped off, drove another 20 minutes to the Wellington airport and racked up $30 in charges.
I notify Zoomy immediately, no response for over 12+ hours. Then says a partial refund will take over three days. To get back what was essentially stolen from me, when this happens you don’t offer a partial refund, you go above and beyond to ensure you gain and keep loyal customers.
Zoomy has very poor customer service and very poor driver selection. I do not recommend. Use uber or ola who take your concerns seriously.Show lessphilippebrr
