Not even tracking bus
Problem glitch gps bus like skip route fast line and I thought before normal that I saw before perfect tracking gps bus arrive at bus stop and be it need a new bus stop sign at ocean grove corner a1a ocean shore by seawall before construction start and put it up new bus stop sign and no more yelling stop stop I live there and they drop me off over 4 block away very hot 99 degrees and menopause I was faint fall ground and ride to hospital I say no at home and bus driver bad not listen stop pull over and was missing stop bus sign past hurricane blow away I’m very upset I live there 12 there bus ride since 16 years old and why not put it up new sign

Each update reduces app functionality, introduces new bugs
Updating my review from a few years ago. Yes these problems still have not been resolved. Dropped a star because another update full of bugs has made this app even more broken and frustrating to use.
Hi yall. I use this app daily as I do not drive.
One of the updates removed the ability to see your own location - which is helpful in unfamiliar areas so you can make sure you're at the right stop. I thought this was a bug and would be fixed, but it has not been addressed.
The menu with the times automatically drops down to the bottom of the screen if you try to move it down a bit to see the map, making it impossible to pull up again without closing the app out entirely. I also thought this was a bug that would be fixed.
This menu now bugs out and I have to tap a stop multiple times to see the menu, and the map automatically zooms out constantly which closes the menu and makes me lose my spot on the map.
The app loses functionality with each update. Please actually test the app before and after rolling out an update.

Great app. When it worked in my city Grand Rapids, Michigan for The Rapid Bus System, it showed live locations of each bus. It was amazing. The real time tracking was accurate and amazing. I felt more than prepared for the bus system no matter the time.
A few years back, there was an update, and the real time tracking feature seemed to be disabled for all buses in the city. Routes show up, as well as stops, but not real time bus tracking.

Worst app ever made
Literally the worst app in history potentially. Doesn’t even do its main function of displaying buses and routes. Well you can see the routes but good freaking luck figuring out if a bus is coming at all cause it literally doesn’t show the buses anymore since adding the purple line on the 13th of October. Plus you have to constantly quit and restart the app to get up to date/live info, but I don’t even get that anymore cause IT DOESNT SHOW THE F****** BUSES. Waiting over an hour for nothing at bus stops sometimes. If only there was a reliable app that could do these things. Would be amazing

This was supposed to be an upgrade for the city
I am not sure how many times I have missed interviews, class, work because I was told oh this app is real time and reliable. LIES! It will say the bus is coming at 7:58 yet at 7:52 the bus went flying by. Or I use it when having to transfer so I can see how long I have to wait. It was 102 degrees outside. None of our stops are covered the sun was blaring and it said I had a 3 minute wait. Ok cool I can do that. 2 minutes go by 6 minutes go by 20 minutes go by and now I’m angry and about to have heat stroke. Now it says 50 more minutes til the bus comes. Are you kidding me? So job interview 18 missed because I was fired again from my
Last job because I was never there on time including for the interview and my first day. Both the app and the bus system need to figure it out. How is anyone supposed to get anywhere on time when the information we are being fed is not accurate kinda like the news and politics.

It finally works
I have reviewed this app some years ago, and I knew that this app had great potential. At the time the app was horrible because it had a lot of glitches, causing the app to force close! Some odd years later this app is everything! As a legally blind person, this app is fully functional for me and helps me navigate where I am, where I’d like to go, and how to get there! The app provides walking directions on how to get to the bus route as well as fully functional maps that you can zoom in on and see if you’re in the correct area! Way to go My Stop! It is a five star rating from me this go, Round!

Critical for Bus Tracking (Weather Drives)
Without the app, imagine being at the bus stop at the posted times online in very bad weather (below freezing cold winds in pouring rain) 10 to 15 minutes ahead of the schedule to ensure you do not have to wait 1-1.5 hours for the next route schedule and be late to work. The gratitude of 4 stars is having the OPTION to-even use a rather delayed app show me where the bus is located. Even with geofencing delays, I (by experience) know when to depart to the stop to better protect health and welfare. As far as trip PLANNING, Google maps seems a best resource because our search data feeds their oligopoly (more than likely truly US oligarchy)… where as public transportation is the metro of voters wishing for us to just be productive rather than needy there by increasing local taxes. Thank you for allowing me to spend $2.5-5/day versus $20-40 or more with cabs, lyft or ubers 🏆Don’t forget to ensure app auto-updates for better service & security.

Seriously…
I’m starting to believe this app is run by a hamster running on a wheel. The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is because it is useful for seeing where the busses are at least 60% of the time. Otherwise it is riddled with bugs that will have you closing/reopening app several times trying to access basic features like checking when the bus will arrive at a stop or adding/subtracting busses visible on the map, or even zooming in & out. Extremely frustrating to use, you’d think considering the number of people who rely on public transit for accessibility purposes they would at least iron these out to make it baseline functional.

Incorrect information
The app stated my bus would be ten minutes late but my bus was on time. Glad my bus was on time and I was already at the stop but this incorrect information could have really messed up my work day. Also, another bus I would have taken if I missed my regular bus just completely disappeared from the tracker and no service alerts were issued. Granted this was likely a tcat error.

Not Accurate information
There are stops listed on this App that are NOT actual stops and never have been. There are also places where busses DO stop and are NOT supposed to many due to “safety reasons” This App is NOT ACCURATE whatsoever and only confuses and causes tensions between the drivers and the Passenger when the WRONG information is given via this APP. FOR EXAMPLE: The stop listed for the Park City C ON Manheim pike at the TRAFFIC LIGHT/ corner of Steelway is NOT and has never been a stop for the C bus. The C bus would already be in the “turning lane” to go up Steelway and therefor it would be impossible and NOT safe whatsoever to pick up/drop off there. Also on the C bus route there is NO stop right outside OLD NAVY there never has been but your App is staying otherwise. also busses DO stop over at Barnes and Noble’s all the time BUT there is NO stop for that listed on your App. There are many more instances of this. Perhaps y’all should get it together so that there are NO more misunderstandings between drivers and passengers???
