Cite whilst you write function
This app is missing the main point of it, being able to cite while you write…. There are other referencing apps that allow this on iPad… why doesn’t this?Samone84
Now won’t open at all
Ever since the newest update, this app crashes immediately on opening. Incredibly infuriating. I purchased my ipad mainly so I could use it to read and annotate Endnote articles when away from my computer, so this is very disappointing! Please fix asap!!Ohmelaniez

Even basic functionality is missing
I was hesitant on the iOS app based on reviews and the last update being over 9 months ago, but I only need basic functionality which is sadly missing. Simple things like CMD+D to remove reference does not work; You can’t drag and drop items into groups, as your groups are not listed on the left hand side - why does a simple command now require 6 taps to complete? Even bulk editing references - why can’t I multi-select references and delete them?
For the cost of Endnote, and Zotero’s new app, there is honestly no point using Endnote really.Show lessXomy103
Using it but….
I’m using it, but I think it needs quite a bit of improvement. I’m using with my ipad pro. Firstly, articles that I download and view in the app, I can’t select any text. That’s really annoying and defeats the purpose a bit. I need to be able to copy paste from the files. The sort function doesn’t work, which particularly annoying, because I have to either do a search, or kind of remember how far down it was where I saved it. But the most annoying thing is that you can’t create a reference list from the app. You have to go to the online site. So yeah, I’m using it, but mostly so that I have my references in one place. But I really wish it were better or there was a better solution out there. Doesn’t have to be EndnoteShow lessJackie_Z
Great App, keeps getting better and better
I have really enjoyed the improvements of the Endnote app for IPad over the last few years. I would like to see the ability to automatically have highlights and notes from the PDF show up in the dedicated notes field after reading the paper. Other than that, I think the Endnote app for IPad works great.Show lessStancec
Worst App forever!
Honestly I used the one for PC, that’s my horrible nightmare! When you want to cite the author name in text, they keep giving you number; and when you want to cite as index number, they cite the author name, and there was no way to convert! No way to format! And you text cannot have any square bracket for your function or something else, it stupidly keep bothering you to cite something unnecessary! And Even no way to manually edit! I know the world has so many useless apps, endnote is the not only useless, but makes me sick! I feel shame of the app! The worst ever app!
