Easy to use
This is a great app. I can track my accounts. Pay bills and transfer funds.
The one thing I do not like is when the program will not let me pay on an account the day after it is due. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.Harvey5896
Did not meet needs of customers.
The APCU kinda flaked out on members during the pandemic. I was very disappointed with services offered. Problem is not staff. The folk that rolled out the procedures during covid were not big picture!Jamesa E.

My husband and I have been members of the APCU for over 30 years. We have used them as our main banking source during all that time, even though we move to different cities and states. We have credit cards with them, used them for car loans and also have a HELOC with them. We have always been more than happy with their level of service and the friendliness of their staff. I spoke with Nicki at the main branch yesterday to transfer some funds and she was so nice and quickly helped me with what I wanted to do. Keep up the good work.Show lessDerbaD
