Poor service
Delivery was late but the driver put an earlier time in so hunger station would do nothing despite showing them the WhatsApp messages with the driver clearly dated later than the delivery time on their system. Agent said system said nothing to be done and they refused to send to a manager. Terrible delivery service , cold food and no customer service.Show lessDXB104-77
Did not refund me!
The driver delivered the wrong item and spilled my coffee without informing me. When I reached out to customer service, they refunded me 13 SR for the coffee and told me I could keep the wrong item while they reviewed my claim. I explained that I didn't need the items, as neither I nor my family eat that type of sweets, but they insisted I keep them. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing them away. It's now been over five days, and I still haven't heard back from them!Show lessdisguised35
لا يوجد خدمة عملاء و الطلبات دائما متضررة و مفتوحة
انا كنت من اول الداعمين و المشتركين في هذا التطبيق عندما بدا قبل بضعة سنين. كان تطبيق مميز و لكن الان هو اسوا تطبيق على الاطلاق. تم حذف رقم التواصل ، لا يمكن التحدث مع خدمة العملاء و الطلبات دائما تصل متضررة او خاطئة. تحملت هذه الاشياء كثيرا. و لكن اليوم كانت القشة التي قصمت ظهر البعير. طلبت ب ١٨٠ ريال. وصلني الطلب الكيس ممزق من المندوب و الطعام متناثر في مركبته و متسخ و يحاول تجميعه و المشروبات مسكوبة تماما. وضعها على الباب و ذهب. لم استطع التواصل مع اي احد. و هذه ليست اول حادثة من هذا النوع ولكنها الاسوا و ستكون الاخيرة بالنسبة لي. بعد اشتراك اكثر من ٥ سنين سوف اقوم بحذف التطبيق و انصح الجميع بالابتعاد التام عنه. اي تطبيق اخر فيه احترام و تعامل مع العميل افضل بكثير . هذا النوع من التطبيقات يستحق ان تحقق فيه وزارة الصحة و غيرها من الجهات المختصة و المعنية.
The worst app ever. It deteriorated so much. No customer support, no way to write a complaint or even speak to anyone. Food is always wrong/damaged/dirty and late and there’s nothing i could do about it. They just take your money and virtually block you. I’ve used it for years and I’ll never ever use it again. I’ll delete this app and hopefully some health inspection institute will investigate them. It’s a hazardous app and full on scam of your money. I don’t know any of you, but I genuinely hope you heed this comment and get as far as you can away from this appShow lessAngelus313

Unbelievably slow and they seem to be trying to manage the situation by providing even less information, for example not providing the drivers location. Who knows if this is ever going to turn up…MattaSwan
Technical faults - No Refunds Beware
Ordered, and i got the cancellation message without any reason.
when I call customer services they said Driver tries to contact you in app chat however app chat is cleaned no messages form driver, seems technical fault.

Terrible timing
I ordered at 1:46 and it’s 3:24 now and my food is only now leaving the shop…as a delivering service you should do better. And even with this, they will not return my money even though I rightfully deserve to get it back.
