I waited for about an hour then received a call from hunger station just for the other person on the line to say “hello” then the line was cut off. I called the number back but the other line was busy. After few minutes, I received a text message saying that my order is cancelled. No explanation why.Show lessqqaa88

Worst delivery app ever. The driver information are verified , many times I tried to call the driver just found it’s different person. Their map are not accurate and coursed may confusion to the driver who keeps ask me to come outside to collect the order and they are 4 block away from my location . There no support whatsoever. If you have problems with your order then good luck to you. you will need to hand it by yourself. I got food poisoning from one of the orders there was nothing I can do. So don’t pay in advance so at least you keep your money if the order is not delivered to the correct location . The app is get worst with every update. I’m deleting this appShow lessElo the first

What’s the point of having an app that displays restaurant and food options while not allowing ANY selection to be enabled?! Labeling all options as “Busy” is beyond offensive and is truly a waste of time.

One of the worst, least professional, and least reliable delivery apps. I’ve had orders delivered with items missing and they never get back to you even through it states “24 hour response time”. And then when they did respond after 3 weeks, they couldn’t give me a refund because they needed the exact name of the item and brand but their app doesn’t show that when it’s been so long. So no refund. Another time my drink arrive almost empty because the drive spilled it and was told “hopefully” the team will get back to me. Again, no refund. You’re basically gambling with your money using this app.Show lessloureally

On August 18th, I placed a grocery order through the app. When it arrived, one of the items was incorrect. After searching for a long time on the app, I submitted a complaint. Nothing.
I tried to return the items to the store - they wouldn’t take them and said I had to contact HS. Ever since then, I have been writing an email AND submitting an online complaint - EVERY DAY. In response, I have received 4 emails. Every single email has asked me to “explain the problem”, or send pictures, both of which I have done, multiple times.

تم الاعلان عن كوبون من احد البنوك عبر منصاتهم الرسمية و بعد اعلان الكوبون ب نصف ساعة فقط حاولنا الطلب و لم يعمل الكوبون مع استيفاء جميع الشروط
و عند التحدث الى خدمة العملاء تعذر لان العدد المخصص قد انتهى خلال نصف ساعة من الاعلانh192837475
للاسف تدني مستوى الخدمة بعد الطلب
كان افضل تطبيق
