  • Unprofessional staff

    I have ordered food from the application at 9:40 Pm from al Baik Restaurant near to me, which showed that the order will be delivered between 9:57 and 10:07. I kept tracking the app, it showed that the driver was only getting far away from the restaurant and my location! I tried contacting the driver which took him also too long to reply and he was saying that the delay was from the restaurant, i took screenshot of him driving away from the restaurant and my location. Once the driver arrived the restaurant, it showed that my order had been picked up immediately (which means that the order was ready long time ago). The order ARRIVED AT 11:08! It took hunger station team an hour and a half to deliver my order!!! AN HOUR AND A HALF! And ofcourse when i check my order it was cold and uneatable, so I didn’t take the order from the driver his name is “Muhammad Sddique”.
    I’m waiting for a refund to my credit card AND a compensation for the mess the company have caused me tonight.

    This was my first time and I’m pretty sure its going to be my last.

  • Worst customer service

    I used the app for a week or so when it was first launched 10 years ago, deleted my account shortly after due to poor customer service; NOW ie 10 years later, I downloaded the app as SAB bank promoted it. I promise, from the first interaction with customer service (on both channels the app and X), I realised absolutely nothing has changed. So I deleted my freshly created account same day

  • Scam!!

    A scam app that will not deliver your food yet will still charge you for the order???!!! 🤷‍♀️ Sometimes I order Hungerstation market food and items are missing yet you still have to pay. Food can arrive 2 hours late, and then you get the wrong order… it’s a joke of an app, I would never recommend this app to anyone …

  • Not on time delivery

    I order on 5:40 now 7:51 still no response
  • Good but could be better

    First of all I appreciate the app. It saved me money by not having to deal with the hotel restaurant and time by not running around trying to find a place to eat especially during Ramadan. So for that I’m grateful for this app.

    The things that could be better:

    I can’t seem to add comments for the restaurant, only the driver. There are items listed that say mixed but when you get it it’s only one kind, there is no option to tell the restaurant the assortment I want. There are other times where food showed up and it looked nothing like what they pictured. It would be nice to let them know and leave comments for them.

    Also, and this is probably the biggest thing. A restaurant will be labeled busy yet I can’t order from it. Don’t show it. Hide it if it labeled busy. What’s worse is the delivery estimate will say something like 30-45 minutes and get updated with less and more time yet I can’t place an order. It makes no sense.

    Thirdly, there are plenty of options that show up as closed and they show up in a list. At the very least show the opening time and when someone can place an order.

    I understand I’m using this app during the busiest time of the year in Makkah so some of these things might be due to that.

  • Bad service

    Drivers always late to pick up orders. Happened many times.
  • Bad Customer service

    Extremely untrained customer service. Automated reply’s. I have never ordered from the market and got my order right WARNING NEVER ORDER FRUITS AND VEG ALWAYS ROTTEN If item missing they will send you an automated message saying we will contact the restaurant.. what restaurant I ordered I have never left a review on an app before. So disrespectful I had to write this

  • They cheat you

    Even if you pay for free delivery subscription they make you pay, because if you order something for around 28 sars from a restaurant that has free delivery they increase the price to 50 sars when you are paying… also drivers never have cars they’re always taking motorcycle so when you order your food might not come because the drivers are not allowed to park their motorcycle to drop off food..

  • Always something wrong

    Never as advertised. Just can’t rely on this. Confirm an order? Probably going to be canceled five minutes later. Restaurant open? May say it is, but maybe not. Will the restaurant make what you ordered? Typically as likely to get something other than what you want. What a waste of time.

    UPDATE: Does the developer think that sending a canned non-response to this review will change my mind? Of course not. They’re just doing it to stay in the Apple Store even though this service has become one massive scam.

    But hey, don’t take my word for it. Before you use it sort reviews by Recent and see how more and more actual users are giving this app the 1 star it thoroughly deserves.
