  • Disappointing Experience with Hunger Station App and Customer Service

    I had an unfortunate experience with the Hunger Station app for food delivery. Initially, I received a pop-up indicating two free delivery orders, but upon submitting my order, I was still charged regular delivery fees. Moreover, despite the promised maximum delivery time of 30 minutes, my order arrived after 75 minutes, during which I waited on the street.

    During this delay, I tried to contact customer service through the app but was unable to do so. Only after the 75-minute wait was I finally able to reach out to a customer service agent named "May**." However, the agent didn't offer a satisfactory solution or a proper apology, abruptly ending the chat before I could express my concerns fully.

    I have screenshots documenting the order time, delivery time, and the chat interaction. Overall, this experience has left me dissatisfied with both the app and its customer service. I would not recommend it to others.

  • Possible the worst food delivery app

    I have used many delivery apps across the world and this is by far the worst. Firstly, the helpline is useless - you have to use chats with non responsive operators who frankly don’t care about helping. Secondly, the restaurant has no connection with the drivers so if anything goes wrong with the pick, you are basically screwed with your order. Thirdly, the delivery times are inaccurate. I’ve used this app a few times and it always disappoints. Keep clear!

  • Dreadful Service

    The worst delivery app it has ever been my misfortune to use. Not only did they miss items from my order, but they got the delivery address wrong, despite sending location maps and live locations five times. The online chat was hopeless, blaming me for giving them the wrong address, and leaving it to the driver to decide if he would drliver or not. The driver wanted extra money, and arrived only one and a half hours after the order was placed, from a restaurant 9 minutes away.
    Never again, the service is poor, and amateur.

  • Worst Food Dilvery App Ever

    Please do not download and use this app. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered food and the driver was literally downstairs on the map and then I got a notification that the food was delivered. I never received the food and there’s literally zero ways of contacting the driver after he tells the app the food was delivered.

    So I tried to contact the customer service number, which I had to get online because it’s not in the app, and I’m convinced it’s a shame. They tell you you’re “second in line” then “first in line” and then you’ll wait forever without an answer. Then I call back and the exact thing happens.

    So I tried to go through their app to send a complaint. When it gets to the “are you not a robot” bit it’s another shame because it will never allow you to verify yourself so you can’t even send the message.

    Also there are zero ways to contact them in the app that the food never arrived. How can you have a food app and not have that option. For the amount of money they spend on ads they should really spend more on getting proper customer service. Drivers can simply not deliver food and apparently there’s no way of getting your money back.

  • Annoying offer notifications even when it’s off

    I turned off the offers notifications and still receiving offers notifications i had to turn off all app notification from system settings.. no wonder why people quit the app or orders are not answered/picked from clients when its delivered because everyone has to turn off notifications.. So they have to remember to turn off each time.. why adding offers notifications option if doesn’t function

    New bad additional issue to update my rating is the prices difference

  • Worst delivery app ever

    First of all if i can give 0 starts I would. So i ordered with a free delivery promo. however, they withdrew the money and put it in my wallet, which after some time the money in the wallet expires. And that is actually considered as a scam. I ordered from a restaurant which is 10 min at most. And yet they send the order to a further branch which resulted in them assuming the time to be 30 min. However, the driver took a bloody hour. and when i called him asking him about the delay he hung up on me. I sent a complain and they didn’t answer i sent a second complain in their twitter’s account and they didn’t replay as well. ( Worst experience ever and i will never download it again )

  • It’s not a fake review

    I’m actually impressed with a food delivery app for the first time. One thing I like about hunger station even when the rider gets lost you can literally send your current location on WhatsApp and the rider gets to your spot. It’s convenient, cheap & reliable
    10/10!

  • Getting worst with every update

    Worst delivery app ever. The driver information are not verified , many times I tried to call the driver just found it’s different person. Their map are not accurate and coursed may confusion to the driver who keeps ask me to come outside to collect the order and they are 4 block away from my location . There no support whatsoever. If you have problems with your order then good luck to you. you will need to hand it by yourself. I got food poisoning from one of the orders there was nothing I can do. So don’t pay in advance so at least you keep your money if the order is not delivered to the correct location . The app is get worst with every update. I’m deleting this app

  • Inconvenient

    I have been using this app since I came here in Saudi Arabia a few months back, I have not received any compensation or refund for the previous orderS (yes ordersss) that was not delivered to my home. I know this not the drivers fault but at least a decency to refund even 50% of the amount I paid. They put the money to their pockets 100% of the amount and when you try to reach their customer service they will either closed the window abruptly without having any solution or they just apologize endlessly without explaining anything about their company policy whatsoever. This is bad, this is haram. Take all the money, I’ll be deleting the app anyway.
