This the worst food delivery ever, they always deduct the amount of money before confirming order delivery and acceptance. Moreover they usually return the deducted amount of money few days later, in meanwhile you don’t have enough money to place your next order. In addition if they accepted your order for delivery and they were late for few hours, you have to wait because there is no option to cancel or get refunded of your order. That is exactly what happened with me several times, without any sense of responsibility.Show lessbandozah

هذه ثاني شركة بعد جاهز تشيل المبلغ و تسحب على التوصيل عيب والله عيب The big one is when they charge you with order that doesn’t come and complain to help center like someone called Saud and the other one is Faisal that even closed the chat and all of sudden the screen changed the status to Delivered !!!! What a shame what a horrible service that should not go without legal consequences but who will help us ? This is the way they are making money is by cheating on people If you a local driver it’s much reliable than what so called a delivery companyShow lessبخا

I’m really disappointed by how the customer service became so unprofessional the last couple of months and they dont monitor their drivers
I have faced many issues when i track drivers they deliver for more than 1 person by other apps i guess i even refused to collect my order when 1 driver went to the restaurant and figured the order will take long time so he decided to leave and deliver something else and get back to my order and took him more than an hour to bring my food also another issue
I have made an order and they deducted the money and the restaurant canceled the order and usually the money gets transferred automatically
But they say the money was not deducted and provided them the transaction msg and their reply took more than 2 weeks and they say we refunded your many and they dont reply when i request the transaction reference so i can follow up with the bank now more than one month and no replyShow lessKikAqu4r1us

نصب وجوده سيئه
رغم ان الشركه الكبيره لكن مافي رقابه على جوده التوصيل يجي عادي يجيك عامل يحمّل غنم بسيارته ويوصلك اكل بنفس السيارة !!!في كل دول العالم المناديب مجهزين بدباب خاص ومعدات نظيفه وموظفين رسميين مو كل من عنده وقت فراغ قال يله خن اوصل وهو منافي للمعاير الجوده! ولا الاسعار يخدعك ان التوصيل مجاناً او بسعر رمزي تجي تطالع بقائمه الاكل تلاقي مزودين على كل صنف او وجبه مابين ريال الى ٢٠ ريال !! 😀😀 تضحكون على مين ؟؟ تخفض لي من هنا وتزيد من هنا؟Show lessdaniah1997

Yup we ordered food through this app almost everyday. 😅 but sometimes it’s glitchy like it took my wallet balance but didn’t deduct on my total, and sometimes it offers orders from restaurants that are already closed, and sometimes it takes so long for the order to get accepted by the restaurant then it will get canceled after 40mins so we’re left hungry. 🥲 what i wish it had was the option to see on the map the location of the restaurants and to sort the restaurants by distance.Show lessCinnamonSugar24

The driver picked up my order and did not deliver it right away, he went somewhere else for another order and did not reach my house until over 1 hour after placing my order. I called him to ask why he was going the opposite direction of my address he said he was delivering something else, I asked him kindly to deliver my food however he did not and continued to his destination And then came to my address. This is unacceptable, I’ve attempted to reach out to customer service while this was happening however there is no access to an agent provided on your app. It is truly a shame and unfortunate how your service has the least regard to customers and their voices. I’ve had issues in the past with your app, all related to the service you provide and I’ve never been compensated or have received the proper customer care neither from your agents or you business. You will continue to lose customers and gain a horrible reputation.

By far the worst delivery app ever. Never had a pleasant experience with them so far. Order will most probably be delayed at least 30 minutes if not canceled at all. There’s literally no way you can reach customers support and no way you can cancel your order yourself, you’ll have to wait long until they cancel on you from their side. I would definitely recommend Jahez and Marsool over this platform anytime of the year.Show lessBaderalmar
