Worst customer service
I have faced this issue multiple times. I make an order and it takes time before they cancel my order at the last minute when I don’t even have time to order from other shops or use another app. Then, when I face such an issue, there no number to call or no single person or bot to actually help with my order. If you find the shop in other apps, I highly recommend to order from them instead. I have only faced the issue of cancellation with this appShow lessAdnansam
Can’t use the app
I can’t update my phone to the most recent version and therefore can’t update the app to the most recent version so now, whenever I open the app, it displays a message that says I need to update the app to continue using it even though it was working just fine before. I understand that an app would need to be updated to work properly but it doesn’t make sense to purposely make the app completely unusable if it isn’t updated.Show lessMoe 68
Fake 4 stars,worst app in ksa beware
Slow order, unprofessional support , expensive delivery , and if u pay by visa say goodbye to your money since customer support is non existent, no phone to call , and the drivers are bad and set to delivered when they take the order so they can take their time , dont support this bad company there is better alternatives than them,that respect their customers,if none in your city never pay by visa or debit dont get victimized by their bad practices, today it lost 5 customers tomorrow it will be bankrupt in sha allah.Show lessSkieith
Awful service
They changed my location for no reason even though it was saved as “home” and I never changed it. I noticed the error after I sent my order so I immediately messaged the driver from within the app that the location is wrong and he ignored the text so I called him and he said he doesn’t look at texts and he’s not going to come to me because I was too far. And the help team did nothing to help me so I paid the full price of the order and ended up with no money or food because of their faulty app. Deleting. and I will never order from here again.Show lessfatherofducks

Ur order gonna take forever it’s not sealed when u receive it and the driver will take the longest route and he might stop for gas and grocery store on the way, u will end up paying 40 more for saggy foodahmed_mh

I’ve used before but ordered dinner for my family and it never came. Delivery driver claims to have given to someone else but at the end of the day I’m hungry and paid for a family meal that never came.
Delivery driver was or no help and support told me they’d hurry the restaurant (clearly not paying attention to the fact it’s 3 hours late and was already listed as “delivered”).
Don’t be fooled to this this is like Uber eats elsewhere. Lower quality with low reliability.Show lessSpartan1775
Worst customer service ever
I ordered from mashawi elanabi and they withdrawn 127 riyals from my account twice, then canceled the order and refunded me once. It’s been 4 months now since then and I’ve tried every way possible to get my refund and they only give empty promises and no refund. They don’t stick to the time limit of their orders about 50% of the time and their customer service is useless. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DOWNLOAD JAHEZ INSTEAD. I will delete the app once my order from molten chocolate that’s delayed for over 40 minutes arrive.Show less6arbosh

customer service is not helpful. I can’t reach them and when I complain on the app they didn’t respond even after 24 hours as they mentioned and they didn’t solve my payment issue till now. No customer support or number!
Beware, if something goes wrong and you get charged without receiving your order, there is no customer support number and they don’t reply to emails! I was charged for an order I didn’t receive 3 weeks ago and nobody has replied. Go ahead and check - they don’t have a customer support number!
Update: you can’t even email them through their own app or website as it keeps displaying an error message, so I guess now you can’t even email them. Use another app to order your food. HungerStation is the worst.Show lessMohammed.29
