Bad service
Ordered my food to the wrong address because it would not automatically track my location or wouldn't bother notifying me that i am ordering food not to the location i am currently in.
The driver reached to the wrong address and started bargaining with me on how much i should give so he delivers me my food. Knowing that i already paid for my order. At the end i did not receive my order nor got a refund, i contacted the customer care with no use or result.
Deleted the app and using other food delivery apps now.Show lesskharwa3

Never using this app again, they told me my delivery fee costed 22 but because of the offer I got I didn’t have to pay the delivery fee as long as I paid with Apple Pay, after using Apple Pay it said my payment didn’t go through and I had to use another method. When I switched to cash they immediately made me pay the delivery fee and didn’t even give me an option to cancel. To top it off after 5 minutes it said I could pay with Apple Pay now cause now if working and when I checked to see of course the offer was gone.Show lessOmar_Gazah
Worst app ever
This app is the worst food app I’ve ever had first of all they have messed up my orders multiple times and instead of returning the money to my account or delivering the missing order they give you credits which is a scam so you can buy more stuff from them and the customer service is horrible they shut down the chat mid conversation honestly if I could give it 0 starts I would i don’t recommend using this app especially with how high the delivery fee is now it’s 16 riyals for most restaurants!Show lessALC_LAA

Beware of scam!!! Updated review
Beware of lies and very bad customer service. I received a wrong order and I spoke with an agent. He told me he was going to give Me a refund and and an extra for the inconvenience. I didn’t get anything, no refund, no nothing! I raised a concern again and wrote and explained my situation to the agent, her name was Dua, she didn’t care to reply and closed the chat without any explanation!!!! How dare she?!!! I’m still waiting on my refund and I will not use HungerStation until I receive the right treatment! This is really too much!!! Guys Jahez is a much better app and their customer service is delightful! If I could give -5 to HungerStation, I would!Show lesszotouchni

1- الكاش باك كذب تمضي 72 ساعه واقل بكثير
2- الدعم الفني عادي تطلب ويتأخر ساعه ويصير بارد وانت دافع 20 قيمه توصي ثم يقول انت الغلطان ويقفل المحادثه.
3- الاسعار تزداد بالمزاجيه للي يطلب مستمر
4- حذفت التطبيقمقيم مستمر

خدمة العملاء لديهم جدا سيئة. قمة عدم الاحتراف و الوقاحة و الكذب. طلبي كان ناقص و مع ذلك سرقوا فلوسي و لم يعوضوني. ٢٢ ريال سرقوها من دون اي تعويض. لا انصح ابدا هذه الشركة. لا يراقبون موظفي العملاء الخاصين بهم و اسلوبهم غير المهني ابدا. يغلقون الدردشة في وجهك و انت تحاول تشرح لهم الوضع. قليلين ادب مرة بصراحة. انصحكم باستخدام برنامج اخر.Show lessA._Z.

First of all, i just download the app, and they offer free delivery on the first order plus discount for the meal, yet when i ordered, they charged me for delivery and put it as a credit to my account which got expired after a while! It is free just make it free don’t take money from me and put it as credit in account. That is just a twisted scam! Even when i want to you the credit money there a rules like i have to put my card info to pay the rest of the bill . I can’t use my apple pay with it! What is that about!!!!? it takes too long to deliver your food, and when i use discount coupon, it doesn’t deduct the money form my order instead, it add the discounted money as a credit, and you have to put your credit car info to use it! Also, the app need a lots of of work and development, it should give more details about the food, drinks, etc. for example, it should give info about the food ingredients incase of someone has an allergy of something, and it should add a box of instruction about the food incase of i want to remove something from the food i ordered, and exactly the size of drink. Large and small is not enough info!Show lesssama2444
