Save yourself the trouble...
I tried to order a pizza but it never arrived even though the app said it delivered. I also had no way of knowing where my pizza is or where it ended up. I waited almost three hours for an order that never arrived. Good thing I didn’t pay in advance, or else I would’ve lost that money. Never using this app again....Show lessqhztbcexomnralg
Bad delivery time!!!!!
I used HungerStation twice, and on both occasions it took 2 hours for the food to be delivered. I do not recommend ordering ice cream on this app because instead of getting an ice cold chocolate blizzard i got very warm chocolate flavored water. The customer service was just as bad as their delivery, after trying to explain what happened to the hunger station employee, he asked me if I had a solution to the problem instead of providing one himself.
Their advertisements are very misleading since they pride themselves with quick deliveries, nothing can be farther from the truth. I have deleted the app since then. If dying from hunger is what you want then this app is for you.Show lessTakuta6766

البرنامج هذا فاشل جداً انا جاني طلب ناقص واشتكيت وارسلت تذكرة واحاول ادخل عليها يقول لي لا يوجد تذاكر وما كانت اول مرة على العموم انا طالب بهنقر ستيشن فوق ٣٠٠ طلب والطلب امس راح يكون اخر واحد.Fahad99x
Bad service
I dont recommend this app , seriously this company should be close . I had a problem with them , their driver delivered the food to me and the sandwich was opened , smelly and cold , the moment i gave him the money and i was checking on the food he went fast to his car and left , when i tried to contact him right away his phone was off ! I wrote a ticket in app they removed it ! I felt so bad that i threw the food and they took my money without respecting their customers. Enough with these of type companies collecting money not giving their customers quality service or professional reach . I hope we all stop supporting them they don’t deserve a single penny .Show lessmohanin

Error when entering address
App keeps showing an error. No matter how many times I enter my address and specify my location on the map it keeps saying I haven’t entered an address when I try to place an order.bluepanther93
Restaurant number + Instant chat no reply + cant write ticket
Whenever there is an issue, the app asks you to call the restaurant without providing the restaurant number.
Also, the instant chat either doesn't work or they will reply the next day. This is not practical at all. I only need to chat of there's an issue and the nature of the service in the app is time-constrained. I hope the developer take an action regarding this matter.
Finally, when you want to type a ticket, the send button disappears behind the keyboard so you can’t send the issue which is frustrating.Show less*ff

A big fail
I used this once and the order came later than it would have if I directly contacted the restaurant. I’ve been trying to use it again but whenever I try to order it tells me that the restaurant does not deliver to my location which is weird because it shows up on the list of locations that deliver to me?? I also don’t get why a lot of restaurants deliver to places two streets away from my location but do not deliver to mine? The delivery fees are overpriced and not worth the terrible delivery service and not to mention more expensive that the actual restaurant’s delivery fees. Uninstalling.Show lessReem Alhodiby

I’ve tried some apps for food delivery, and this app is the poorest one ever. I tried to order food from different places to be sure that the app is ok, but unfortunately it was not. One order delayed 40 min after the promised time, when anther order was not correct. I did write a ticket in both times. The first time they promised to give a specific amount of money in my wallet, and they didn’t. In the second time, they didn’t even reply to my ticket, and it’s still open from three days ago.
Don’t waste your time and money with HungerStation. Believe me you will regret it. Try better apps for food delivery.
كانت من اسوء التجارب في برامج التوصيل. حاول اطلب اكثر من مره حتى اتأكد انه الغلط والتأخير كان بسبب ظرف عرضي لكن اتوقع انه شي طبيعي مع هنقرستيشن، والمشكله انه مافيه مصداقيه في خدمة العملاء. وعدوا بمبلغ اضافي للمحفظه بسبب تأخير في التوصيل لاكثر من ٤٠ دقيقة بعد الوقت المحدد اللي كان ٦٠ دقيقه، وانتظرت كم يوم وحتى الان ما اضافوا المبلغ اللي وعدوني وبعدها صارت مشكله في احد الطلبات ووصلني طلب مختلف والى الان التذكره مفتوحه حتى ما احد رد علي والكلام هذا من ثلاث ايام.
والله ما انصح في هذا البرنامج ابداً. فيه خيارات اخرى افضل بكثير من حيث سرعة التوصيل، اسعار التوصيل، تعدد المطاعم المقترحه، و اهم شي الاستجابه للعملاء.Show lessxebrahim
