Bad customer support
One of the worst customer support ever, if you can get any at all!
Also they left the amount in my wallet untouched until it expires, they say because the restaurant offers free delivery which is less than the amount I have in the wallet! So I would’ve preferred to pay for delivery and use my wallet credit before it expires!
Most places don’t even offer tracking!
They give delivery time, even when food is delivered half an hour after the given time, with no tracking, it’s “my” problem cause I paid already, and nothing offered in return!!

Worst food delivery application that ever existed! I’ve never got my order as per the agreed time, there’s always an hour to 2 hours delay past the timer. My recent order the delivery guy left without giving me change (which was 50+ SAR) and half of my order was missing. I tried to contact him multiple times, guess what... he didn’t reply 😂. Honestly I have enough stories to write a book and i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but that’s the end of it. And as usual customer service is useless. I hope they go bankrupt soon, because they’re scammers :). They don’t even have the decency to reply to people and/or give refunds!Show lessGhada44
Worst delivery service
If the food isn’t late, it’s the wrong order. Most recently the driver wouldn’t even come up to the apartment so I had to go down to meet him in the car.
When you do complain, they drop call you and say “we tried to call”. I even tried calling back on the same number and no one answers.MoAlSayed
The worst app developers ever
This app is frustrating in so many ways. You'll have to re enter your credit card info every time instead of having it saved to save your time. The inconvenience level is 1000. The delivery takes over an hour to deliver to your home. Ordered twice now from different places and both orders were failed even though they did process a transaction from my credit card. This is really stupid. I don't know why is this app so popular when it has so many glitches that no one of the developers cared to fix. Take notes from ubereats or doordash!!(Unfortunately these apps aren't present in KSA and instead we have hunger station)).

The worst Delivery app
This is the worst delivery app I’ve ever used it makes you pay before they know if they have a driver or not if it’s online payment and they don’t respond ever after an hour of ordering they canceled our order and didn’t refund the money they sent a message saying the money will be refunded in 7 to 20 days why did they except the order and take the money before knowing that it couldn’t be delivered.
There’s no way to contact them and if you send them an email they never respond I encourage everyone to download Jahez I never had this problem with them and they’re very fastShow lesssarah6v8
Unprofessional at all
I don’t even know where to start. This application is nothing but an advertisement, I always try to order food but there is always something makes me regret dealing with this app, they always accept your order even though they’re not capable of delivering not even on time but at all!! and makes you wait for hours without updating you, and after hours of waiting they decide to cancel. Not to mention that when you pay through ApplePay, they intentionally ghost you and never respond back nor refund your money. I’m talking based on an experience, and not making this up, I tried giving them a lot of chances, but obviously this app is a fraud.Show lessRiih.
Do not pay with anything other than cash
This app is a scam and it should be removed from the app store. They always cancel the order after making you wait an hour. and last time they did this i payed using apple pay because i didn’t have cash and of course! they cancelled the order and didn’t return my money and they deleted any evidence of my order, no receipt or anything. A day after that they literally withdrew money from my credit card out of nowhere :) i did not order anything. On top of all that, the only way to communicate with them is through twitter which they completely ignore, and email which is also ignored.Show lessReemaAlsahli
Don’t try it
I swear to god I’d rather stay In a starvation than try it again.
It’s my first & my last time ordering from this garbage.I Just order my almost 200 Riyals payed by Apple Pay & all the sudden they cancelled my order and said we can’t deliver to u right now please try again later!!
And you’d probably wonder what’s happened to my money? Guess what I swear to god they don’t even bother to say anything about and it’s been more than an hour still didn’t get no money Not even a single person answering my messages on Twitter or The App ?? it’s obvious from the name “HungerStation” why didn’t I think about it look at the name it’s crystal clear they take ur money & leave you hungry for 7 days if u lucky 👎🏻Show lessAhmadOO7
Worst customer service ever
The customer service is just horrible. Their response is not on time and what makes it worse is that there is no number that you can contact them on if you have an issue. If you raise a complain and they feel like contacting you they will call you. Recently used an amount in my Wallet inside the app and the delivery was cancelled with a claim that the restaurant is closed. When I called the restaurant it was still open and closes after 2 hours from that time. HungerStation reply was oh we’re sorry and will refund your money back. It’s not always about the money but that’s what they think. I’m deleting the app.Show lessBasmosis
Will make you wait for food that never arrives
Horrible service and failed ticketing system. Ordered pizza from Blaze pizza today from the offers menu and used free delivery option. waited for an hour. Was contacted by the restaurant telling me they have no “green olives”. More waiting. All of a sudden after the time was up HS send me a message telling me restaurant refused to prepare my order!! Why accept it in the first place?! Why free deliver option of you’re going to waste my time?! When I went to file a complaint I find that the order disappeared from the list.
