  • Slow service

    The order took ages to be prepared and delivered. Customer service was no help.

    I tried many Apps around the world, this one is the worst
  • No proper customer services, almost all restaurants are closed/busy 24/7

    i have about 109 restaurant nearby and every time i try to order its always the same 17 ish restaurants that are open?
    Also, I don’t understand why the very very close restaurants cost this much delivery fee? most the time the drivers are already close to the address and im just few turns away so it seems unfair to pay 19 for it but also pay 19 for much much further restaurants¿
    I love this app and there have been many improvements throughout the years but there are also very little irritating things that make the experience drops down to 0

  • Horrible Service

    The worst customer support and delivery time. They rarely deliver the food on time and their only excuse is car breakdown. When contacting the customer service they only respond to you with “that will not happen again”. If you paid by card and the order is canceled, the money will be refunded to a wallet in the app. NEVER EVER THINK TO DOWNLOAD THE APP.

    To be fair the app interface is good and easy to use. such waste

  • Unprofessional and a bit sketchy

    Ordered on the app and paid with Apple pay, got a message 20 minutes later informing me the order was canceled, checked my bank and they still charged me, it's pending so not sure if it will resolve itself in a week but this is very annoying.
    Seems as though i either won't use the app again or select pay with cash, if it isn't resolved on it's own I will dispute the charge from my bank and re-review the app to a deserved 1-star review. If it's fixed, it's annoying but I'll raise the review to 3.

  • TERRIBLE SERVICE they take the money without delivering the food

    This app is terrible. I made an order and paid and the order was made by the restaurant. However the driver had put that he delivered the order without even bringing it. Thereafter it took me an hour to contact them in which they said that they were ‘sorry’ and promised me a refund. Guess what NO REFUND. At the time they told me try again in a few minutes and I did. However, after confirming my purchase and the transaction being made, the order said that it could not be processed. Now they have managed not given me any of my money back and the food has not been delivered. To be blunt, DO NOT USE HUNGERSTATION. They will rob you of your money and leave you without any food.

  • Horrible

    This this possibly the worst food delivery app out there at the moment. Takes an hour for the order to process every time and about 98% of the time the order never goes through and you have to wait at least another hour for the text message saying your order has been cancelled. Nobody I know has had a pleasant experience with this app.
    And there is no customer service whatsoever I do not recommend at all. Use another app like Shukah or Talabat or carriage. Those apps are 100X better than this mess. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

  • Ex loyal customer

    I have spent thousands of riyals on hungerstation through many orders, and I can verify that this “service” is overpriced and unprofessional.

    I placed an order and paid online with my Mada card. I received a double order from two separate drivers, one of which was requesting cash. This was clearly due to a glitch in the app. The cash driver informed me that he had paid from his pocket and so I felt inclined to pay him (assuming hungerstation would resolve the issue with me). After many disruptive calls they informed me that they would raise this issue to higher management, but they never did. Weeks later I checked the ticket and it said “solved”, and so I raised the issue again informing them that it was not solved. They said they can do nothing since I paid the driver.

    Hungerstation has a reputation for poor treatment of drivers, vendors, and evidently customers. I recommend this app to no one.

  • Terrible

    Do yourself a favour and stay far away. Even rating this app one star is too good. Should get 0 stars. Terrible service, 90% of orders are rejected or super delayed.

    Your better off asking Saudi post to deliver your food.
  • Need improvements

    Overall restaurants prices are higher than the prices in the restaurants menus,,
    NO SUPPORT, when you face a glitch or any other issue with the app or any other restaurants and you try to contact the support, the support button lead you to empty page!!
    Other than this, if you are lucky to face no problems with the app, you would have good experience, it’s simple way of ordering and simpler way of paying,,
