    Well. I had issues with HungerStation in the past. Regarding cash backs and not committing to the offers they had. Which made me switch to other delivery apps.
    For now, they sure have developed and they obviously do care about their customers.
    If you stick to your word, my family and I will switch back to you.

  • Poor customer services

    They waited for 45 minutes before telling me that the order will be cancelled. I called the driver and he told me that he called the company 30 mins earlier informing them that his car was broken. The company neither informed me nor arranged another driver to deliver the order. Pathetic to say the least. They don’t have a number to call on and you cannot initiate chat with agent unless it’s pass your estimated delivery time which means that you will not know about your order delivery issues until it is too late. There are no negative stars else I would have rated them those. App Store will not accept a review without stars else hunger station doesn’t deserve even a star

  • The worst app ever

    There’s always missing items or wrong items and they never return my money to my visa card they added in the same HungerStation wallet and with limited time!!! why shouldn’t return to my visa card what’s the problem????
    And the customer service are hopeless..
  • Constant Delays/Poor service

    I've been using this app for over a year now, and everytime i order with Hungerstation, there are constant delays/ issues with the drivers. This is a constant issue that has happened with EVERY SINGLE ONE of my orders using this application. Drivers have NEVER been on time. Customer service is an issue as they take ages to respond. And ontop of everything THEY CHARGE YOU BEFORE YOUR ORDER GETS ACCEPTED. If you order from a restaurant and the resteraunt doesnt accept your order, your money is still deducted from your bank account. which should not be happening !

  • Outstanding service and customer service!

    It is the best food delivery application so far in Saudi Arabia! There customer service team is so professional, it’s just a bit tricky to get in touch with them, all you need to do is press “contact us”
    It’s outstanding by all means! Food delivery times might delay sometimes, but thats how it is due to prayer times and many other local issues :)

    Can we have the option of having the application in English as well.

    Hello Dear , To change app language: Tap More tab (1st tab to the left) -> Settings (last option) -> Change Language (first option) then select English, you'll be asked to confirm your selection tap Ok (rightmost option) -> exit the app from background and reopen it to get your language preference applied sorry for this inconvenience, we'll work on fixing it soon 💛
  • Worst delivery app - ZERO STARS

    I’ve been using this app for a while now but I will definitely using it again. There are far better delivery apps in Saudi Arabia. I have to say I’m astounded by how absolutely terrible their customer service is. The last straw came when I placed an order and paid for it using my credit card which didn’t arrive. After waiting for an hour and a half I raised a complaint but didn’t get a response until over an hour. The representative told me he’d make sure I got it as soon as possible but after waiting for almost another hour I raised another complaint. This time I didn’t get a response until almost four hours later asking me if I got the order! Unfortunately I was asleep by then and didn’t see it until the morning at which point the complaint ticked was filed as “closed” and I couldn’t file another one! So basically I just paid over SR100 and got nothing! There’s no real way to reach anyone who works for the app at this point, nothing! Save yourself the headache and frustration and try pretty much any other app in Saudi

  • Great!

    Despite all the bad reviews, I’ve had very few problems with the app and use it about once a month. Yes, restaurants change and sometimes the restaurants seem to suddenly not have what you wanted to order—or they suddenly “can’t order right now”. But I think that is a Saudi Arabian culture issue as it usually happens close to prayer time or on Friday before 4pm.
