Too cumbersome with ads and shopping sections!
And after this last update to include the extra care card info I can no longer see my prescriptions which is the main reason I want the app! Called customer service and was told to delete and reinstall the app after a wait of 30 minutes. App still does not work on my iPhone or iPad and I hesitate to work my way through the phone menu prompts again to try to report this issue!

I am so pleased with the ease at which I can refill a prescription. I also appreciate the convenience of photo printing.
Unfortunately, since my initial review, you have changed the app. I can no longer hold my iPad horizontally which allows the cover to act as a stand. In addition I accidentally indicated to auto fill a prescription thinking that touching a red bar could undo that order. It did not and I could see a way to correct the situation. I would love you to go back to the original app format which was easy to use.

Why?
Does the Date filled field draw from the date received data rather than the date it’s filled?
Why don’t you have a date picked up field in the app? (This is the date that determines when refills are allowed?
Why is the email notification system sporadic ?
Why do you need to hit (sign up for email) to get it to log out close and reset after a session has timed out?
Why is the timeout so ridiculously short!?
Why do you have so many broken processes in how you input handle record fill and dispense meds that haven’t been addressed in years?
Why don’t you have a process improvement specialist review your app ? I could fix ~15 things in an hour!
Has anyone there actually tried to use this app from the perspective of an actual customer experience?

Signing out of app
Basically your new app design is fine the only problem that I have is if I want to sign out I have to go to my account to find the sign out button. I can see you wanted to add new things to the bottom info bar I guess. It seems to me you could have moved it to the header bar (the red one) not in to the account button. Most apps/websites have it on the top of header one tap an I have signed out. Why? I know this is a little thing just don’t understand why change a good thing?

Why only portrait
Someone who doesn’t own an iPad with the nearly ubiquitous add-on keyboard should not be the person responsible for updates. Really bad marketing. Really bad customer service. You offer this service to stay competitive and to keep people like me off the phone ordering scripts. Until I can use my iPad/keyboard without acrobatics, I’m back on the phone. Really bad design planning. The older rev worked fine so you had to keep improving it until it doesn’t work for a large number of your customers. I’m off to mail order!
