Excellent for immediate cab hailing

The new 19.10.1 *major* update doesn’t leave much space to see my taxi coming on the tiny screen of my iPhone SE, but is otherwise a big improvement, which is all too rare for major version updates (you’ll need to login with your password the first time, though).

Particularly appreciated is the feature allowing you to include a text note before booking, I don’t have to make as many voice calls for my city’s very good taxi service to know which exit of a building to pick me up at.

Highly recommended if your city’s taxi company(ies) do their job on the other side of the system.

Worthless app

Doesn’t propagate any street addresses when you manually type it in, thus making ordering a trip impossible. If I owned a software development company, the developers of this crapp would never have a job with me.

Does not work inCardiff

Downloaded as was told local taxi company in Cardiff UK uses this app, but when I try to book it says no companies are in my area and to check back as their database grows.

A few problems

Hi. App does not let you add a credit card. When viewing credit card from the burger menu on iPhone 7 menu text overlaps and you can not navigate away from the screen. Needs fixing.

Hi Sho123! Thank you for your feedback. We'll pass the message about the menu on to our team. Regarding adding credit cards, when you select a company that has credit card payment enabled you can then put in your credit card information as payment and that card information will be saved for future use. Hope this helps!

Developer prefers android

The developer hasn’t provided necessary updates to iOS platform. GPS takes longer to refresh on iOS as compared to android but that’s because developer don’t care to do updates to iOS.

GPS on android works better but I’ll never buy android. Also can’t message on iOS to dispatch within app like you can on android. Again, why does developer not care? Same features on both platforms would be nice.

Major updates needed!

App functions well.. although UI needs updating to support iPhone X and later! Menu becomes unusable and tabs at top of screen are also unusable on any notch iPhones..

Worthless

So the company can’t see this or track the booking? The cab company in my town advertises this app but then can’t answer my questions when a rude doesn’t show up? What’s the point of this?

While we provide a dispatch platform and Passenger App booking system for our transport companies, we cannot influence or control their business practices or policies. If you've had a problem with a specific cab company we suggest that you contact them directly. We hope you have better luck with other taxi providers in your area while using the app!

Taxi never even arrived!

I waited for 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, and the taxi never came. I had to walk to the station, 20 minutes away with suitcases. A very unnecessarily stressful start to a long hall journey ahead. Very disappointed and will not ever use this company again.

Hi Lisha, we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. It is important to know that we don't provide the taxi service, just the platform that taxi companies use to manage their bookings. It is, therefore, the company's responsibility to provide timely service. Nevertheless, you can send us the company name and we will contact them for you.

Great Service

I was able to track my ride to see when they would be arriving, my driver was amazing and respectful. They accept credit/debit where some other cab services only accept cash. It was easy to communicate with my driver and I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for him to pick me up and take me to my next destination, got the same guy all night which was convenient. Will definitely be using this service in the future.
