Doesn’t work

I’ve used the Lotsa website for several years and just discovered this app. I downloaded the app, but receive a message that the community I want to join is not supported by the app and I need to open it in the web browser. Too bad

Thank you for your feedback. Communities created on the older platform are not compatible with the app. You can check by looking at the URL. If it begins with my.lotsahelpinghands.com or aflacmycancercircle.com then it will work with the app. In the future we plan on offering a migration path for those who want to switch to the newest platform.

Crash crash crash

As a coordinator the app would be better on the phone. But anytime I try to switch between pages or crashes. Like if I go from calendar to activity it just closes or if I click on the comments to read them crash.

Not useful for Coordinating

As some people who reviewed the last version pointed out, this app is for people volunteering to help, not for the person coordinating the help. Who do they think are the main people downloading this app? They should consider it's the coordinators who will be using it most while sitting in hospital rooms trying g to approve members, add activities, and manage caretaking on-the-go. It's a shame since the website is head and shoulders above others of its class. As it is, I can only use this app to see who signed up for a meal drop off on what day. Or post an announcement. I'll have to keep checking email to approve new members, then open a web browser on my phone, and re-sign in, yet again, to manage that. I "get" to use safari instead of this app if I want to edit an event or even create a new activity on the calendar. If the app were useful for coordinating I would be telling everyone about LotsaHelpingHands. Please, for the sake of your brand, try to fix these problems with the app!

Thank you for your feedback. Version 3.0 should address your concerns listed here. You can approve members, add/edit events, etc from the mobile app now. If you have any other questions or feedback, please let our support team know.

Keeps Crashing

This is extremely disappointing. I need this app for my sons class. His teacher uses for all volunteering and it won't stay open. I sign in, and as soon as I do, it crashes. I have tried to un-install and re-install but it has made no difference.
