Too basic
The app lets you view and download your files but nothing else. It would be very useful to have the account summary page and be able to view your bills and estimated bills and to create new buckets etc. A lot of room for improvement!VaderMunkee

This has never been great in my opinion, but with the latest update it has become completely unusable. After updating to this version, I can no longer login at all to even see my file names, much less actually access them. I’m constantly hopeful that this app will improve because I love the Backblaze service so much, but as of now it’s taken a huge step backwards. Doesn’t let you browse version history
Will only show you the most recent backup. There’s no option to change the date and go back versions
This would kind of ok if it wasn’t for the fact the Backblaze website seems to have a bug that means the version picker is always greyed out in mobile.

Needs convenient photo viewer
Backblaze service is great. Was hoping to use this app as a convenient way to flip through pictures that had been backed up. Current version of the app requires you to select a single picture to download before viewing.
Please add a way to swipe between images in a directory.ES1527

I,ve never managed to open this app, it just spins in neutral on iPhone XSphotoroamer
Saved me time finding data
I know in the past this app wasn't great, but somewhere they really improved it. I spent an hour searching my drives in windows with keyword "backup" and dumb windows (and dumb me) never found it. I go to the app and I notice a search feature. I search "backup" every folder and file called backup is listed quickly. I find my backup in under two minutes! What a relief, that's 2 years of music production on my sampler I'd backed up and who knows how long it would've taken me to find it, but this app pointed me to what the file path is. Great in theory, but can’t access much
I have Backblaze personal back up, and knowing that I could potentially access files via a mobile app seemed like a great feature to grab photos or files from my iPhone when I needed them — except that I couldn’t access more than a handful of files (many wouldn’t even appear, and the ones that did appear didn’t download correctly). This could be such a great feature if it actually worked. I hope the Backblaze team will work to make this a functioning feature.Show lesstwentyventi

Works fine for me. I have about 10 terabytes of files uploaded and can get all of them however deeply nested. Great app.Philip--P
Cannot see file
This app for me is useless. I see my buckets and my folders but none of the folder content. I have tried several times but always the same. Absolutely no files can be seen anywhere. Will now delete as pointless.

Total app failure
The latest version of Backblaze does not work with iOS 13.3 on my iPhone. It never gets past the authentication phase and just sits there spinning its wheels.
I urgently need access to some files remotely and the app has really let me down just when I need it most. Disappointing.jhcuk
