Doesn’t Work w/ iPhone 13
Doesn’t work with iPhone 13, I can’t play music from my or my bf’s 13, I have to use my iPhone 10 and now that’s giving me issues, the app will turn on the speaker but then it will tell me to connect the speaker. This Megaboom 3 is the second Logitech speaker I’ve owned, the apps won’t even connect to my old Miniboom. They’re making me regret getting their speakers instead of Beats. This needs to be updated, quick. Actually, even the speaker is giving problems trying to charge it. Why is it plugged in for 12hrs stuck on 10%?!

Works fine
I am not getting the issues that other recent reviews have mentioned. It is a simple app but does the job. Audio more than ok for most of us every day audiophiles. If you want high quality then look elsewhere. No sign of battery drain - my speaker not used in a week and still 100%. No Bluetooth connectivity probs except once where I killed the UE app that was still running in the background and re-opened it. V happy with the speaker.

One little problem
I can’t connect to the speaker through the app anymore, it worked on my old iPhone 11 but I upgraded my phone to iPhone 12 Pro Max and it only turns the speaker on but not connect to it. I have to open up settings on the phone itself and select Bluetooth connection manually. I know small inconvenience but yknow that’s why I got the app in the first place, so I wouldn’t have to physically press the button on any of my speakers, easy to find if lost.

UE BOOM
I love my ueboom and mega boom speakers own 5 of them and all of them play together stop Hating about the speaker or speakers u own and give them a chance to make them better in the future true story 🤙✅💯
Do not recommend
I have 2 UE BOOM 2 speakers. Party up works alright when I have the speakers 10ft apart or less but going much further than that causes the music to cut out frequently on one of the speakers. Other than that, the sound is pretty decent for the size and I like being able to use the party up feature in stereo mode but again, the poor range limits my use of these speakers and I would not buy these again. But since I’m stuck with them for now, would appreciate having Apple Shortcut support added to the app so I can automate setting up the party up stereo function.

Decreased longevity and money hungry
They removed the Toggle for the Remote Power a few years back so now your speaker drains battery automatically and requires you to recharge more frequently. Since I don’t use my speaker daily this is a huge pain. However for Logitech this is great… batteries have a limited lifetime of charges and they are essentially forcing you to continually recharge your speaker… slowly decreasing the battery life until you get to the point of such short battery life where you need to buy a new speaker. Based on this I don’t expect them to ever “add back” this old but great toggle feature.

Not working anymore
I cannot use the app to turn on the speaker and it only shows it charging on speaker while on says it is at 0% but working when you turn it off it does not blink as it did while charging says information on battery is unavailable. That is after deleting and reinstalling it because it was stuck on Bluetooth mode could not control the speaker even while working. You changed something.

Don’t waste your money.
It’s truly remarkable just how bad this app is. Don’t waste your money buying two speakers and trying to do party up. It’s a joke. It will only work if the speakers are in very, and I mean very, close proximity. Otherwise one is crackling and cutting out the whole time. One of the Megabooms by themselves actually sounds good, but trying to get two to work together with this app is very frustrating and very disappointing. Do better!
