  • Please Fix This!

    I was told years ago I could use this. My husband had get another card due to theft. Bank Plus is excellent been with them a long time.

    I started using this app. It shut my debit card down. I deleted app & reinstalled 2x. I love that it notifies me when a purchase is made. It actually saved me a-lot of money that way. But when I checked the boxes to block atm, international online, & other online. When I took it off to use my card said successful. Then shut my debit card down. Not once but several times. Very annoying when out & couldn’t get gas or groceries & have to go through process to open it. This happened 3 days in a row. I stopped checking box & still shut down my debit card while I was out. Frustrating! Please fix this. It is a great concept & in this day beneficial. If I knew how to contact you I would. I gave it 2 stars due tracking when card used great! But if it is going to shut my card off every time will have to stop. Thank you I need your help in this matter.

  • Great people

    I love the fact that I can talk to somebody on the phone. The only thing I would change is the ability to be able to see the deposit slip on my electronic statement on my phone.
    As a landlord, I do not know who made the deposit without being able to see the deposit slip on my app

  • Deposit problem

    I have never had trouble before but all of a sudden when I try to deposit a check the camera screen goes blurry and says to rotate phone and then freezes.
  • App doesn’t work for mobile deposit

    Lately, I have had so much trouble with mobile deposit - I cannot deposit my checks on the app. I have sent an email but received no response. I called customer service but could not get any assistance on resolving the matter. I was told that there was no IT department to trouble shoot. I pay $6 per month for service but cannot get assistance on depositing my checks on mobile app.

  • Issues with check deposit

    When attempting to mobile deposit, as others have experienced the app continues to say “rotate your device to continue your deposit” but no amount of device rotating allows me to continue my deposit.

    Awesome!! Keeps me updated on all accounts. Customer service is great!
  • Predatory in Balance Display

    For some reason this bank refuses to deduct the pending purchases from your actual balance. You have to subtract it on your own. This leads many to believe that they have more their account than I actually do. As a result, you get charged with NSF fees. This is shameless considering that all other banks subtract the pending dollar amount from your balance.

  • Camera problem

    Generally I love this app, but lately the mobile deposit is being an issue. When it goes to take a picture, it gives a message to rotate your device to continue, yet it stays frozen like this, can’t take the picture or continue with the deposit, and have to ultimately shut down the app because you can do nothing about it. PLEASE UPDATE TO FIX MOBILE DEPOSIT!

  • Camera Problems

    Today, September 30, 2022 I’m having problems for the first time using the mobile deposit feature. The camera screen goes blurry with a message on it saying “Rotate Your Camera”. But the screen is literally frozen. I came out of your app and used my camera in other apps as well as just my camera. Can you guy fix this please.

    This online app shows the transactions as pending too long and the balance is usually not correct unless you the accounts are not used for several days, please upgrade the online app
