Inaccurate information
I’ve been having a hard time with bank plus since day 1 of switching to them. My actual balance is never correct. The app says a different amount from the atm and when I go into the bank there is a different amount! They have literally caused me to be in over draft because I can never keep up with my actual amount and then charge me $144 over draft fee. It’s so frustrating because how would I know if I don’t have the amount the app says.Show lessRiskiBritt

Delays and random overdraft fees when there is enough money to cover transaction!!!
I’m glad I was paying attention or else I wouldn’t of noticed it & still have not gotten refunded!!!!

This bank is horrible itself !! It takes forever to show up a balance that you’ve spent then you think you have a certain amount of money in your account and you don’t you end up having a bunch of negatives because it’s takes forever to show pending transactions!!IMme23456788

The new system that was installed is not user friendly at all. In fact, I totally dislike it. I used to be able to immediately see my balances n transactions. Now it’s the next day and sometimes, those aren’t accurate.

New update ruined this app
I loved this app until they “updated” it a couple of months ago. It used to show charges as pending as soon as they were made. Now it doesn’t show pending charges, deposits or transfers for multiple days.
I love the people at BankPlus, but as slow as the app is (and the website for that matter) I’m going to have to move my money to another local bank.Show lessman in search of good music

A few things I feel the manufacture should update are allowing the customer to view pending transactions whether deposits or withdrawals, the app should also be more current like it takes a little too long to update. People are spending and making money constantly, so I feel the app should update and/or adjust as such. Lastly, I’m still having trouble working the check deposit feature.Show lesstee.thegeneral
