    The update they did over the weekend completely messed this app up. It does not show recent purchases or anything anymore and the account balance is never right .

    Not good! I have an iPhone unlimited talk text data. Every other app works finds it signal but not this app. Oh no! It’s searching and searching. Or it does not give u the balance. It should show under the pending debts your balance with the pending deducted. This would really help to keep track of ur balance. The the app takes forever to load. And several times it doesn’t load at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nope no help at all!

    The acquisition of State bank was received with some trepidation, new services held promise. However, despite expressions of urgent need, no access to statements is available more than two weeks later.

  • It’s less time consuming to mail a check

    for deposit than using the mobile deposit feature. After you have used four checks to try to get one thing deposited, it will tell you sorry you did not hold your mouth right when you took the picture.

    Before BankPlus it was State Bank and had been with them for 20 plus years. Was a litt skeptical when it changed hands. I stayed and I’m glad I did. They have a wonderful group of employees. Highly recommend this bank.

    My biggest problem with this app is how long it takes for your transaction to show and for it to alert you when you’ve made a purchase
  • “Experiencing Technical Difficulties”

    Haven’t been able to log in to accounts in days. App is no better than their website, where I also regularly get SSL errors. Doesn’t matter if you’re using the App, the website, no matter what phone, PC, or using Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Netscape, Atari... just doesn’t matter. And they’re gonna charge you $6 bucks a month just because and they will charge extra for using an ATM outside their network. They used to reimburse you ATM fees... now they just pile on.

    The “pending” access within your accounts is so antiquated. I am probably moving my money elsewhere because it’s annoying to wait for 4 days for debit card transactions to clear. I never know my actual balance. The app is not terrible but your processes are.
  • Stop asking for my email address!

    I love this app. It does everything it should and more. But every time I log in, it asks me to confirm my email address. My email address has not changed in like 20 years. It will most likely never change. My physical living address is literally more likely to change than my email address. And this is probably true for 95% of people. Because guess what?.. if you move, you can still use the same email address. This has gotten me to the point of such frustration that I’m literally thinking of moving my money elsewhere. I know that sounds silly, but I do not want to have to ‘verify my email’ every time I log into this app which I do multiple times a day. Just cut the feature off, please! Nobody’s email is changing. If it does, I’m sure they’ll let the people that are holding their money know about it. If not, who cares. You’ve got their money. Just stop it for the love of everything.
