Watch your transfer setup
I scheduled a transfer and the system was not clear which account it was pulling from so I shorted my balance and caused an overdraft fee and then I had to make a second transfer to fix the first one and I had to pay fees to transfer from one IBC account to another IBC account. Such a mess and so disappointing in the process. Then the person I called at the bank said nothing about all the fees when I called them for help 5 minutes after I seen I had made a issue going to happen.

Fantastic Banking App
I have downloaded this app numerous times on occasion just to look at my balance when my laptop wasn't available & didn't register my phone. The last time I downloaded I registered my phone, I can't tell you how easy & precise the App is to the actual IBC website. You get all the information, notices, features & updates. Plus the site is secure & safe to use. I would recommend the IBC app to anyone who banks with IBC or is considering changing Banks & is needing to look at there banking needs when a laptop is not accessible. Bill pay checks
It’s been sometime since I requested checks be sent on my behalf to a couple of payees i registered in the system, turns out they never received the payments (two separate) so I call to place a stop payment and was surprised to learn I would be charged your stop payment fee. I ask your telephone banker how would I know the check number, since it was a bill pay, they persisted to say the stop payment would be charged. I decided that my companies being paid would be paid another way, but wonder why they never received their payment.

Lacks a few options
Easy to use but does lack the option to receive and send money from common bank to bank option like Zelle for Ex. Being able to see your card on the app and have to ability to lock it thru app incase lost or stolen reader then wait to speak to someone while your account is being drained hopefully these options will be available in the future for our hard earned money sake.

Experience
Honestly not a very good app, offers nothing good at all no good features. It’s always under maintenance but still looks the same, so when ever I want to access my account it always says they’re doing maintenance or because of it the page isn’t able to be accessed. I’m also with another bank, Wells Fargo and its app offers so many things and works perfectly fine. I also don’t know if it’s the app or if it’s just the bank in general that I always have a hard time accessing my Zelle account sending or even receiving money. I tried to also add Zelle to my dads phone yesterday and put it with his own account and says it isn’t available when I do have zelle on mine just have problems with it as well. The only good thing is that they notify you immediately if you log in but other than just being able to check your balance, that’s all it’s good for nothing like other accounts that proved other mobile features.

It can improve
It can be improved. You can also offer the ability to scan checks for depositing purposes as well as add other better features, such as ability to transfer money from one’s acct. to someone else’s acct within same branch and bank. I have more suggestions but are too many to list here now. I have experience problems with this app that it can be made to improve those issues.

I would like to report a strange ATM aware time date and location. •Send a notification to bank to post I will be traveling outside my zone/city or state just to keep an eye for strange movements after traveling or during traveling. •A map to locate one of you'll branches or ATM
