Horizon Bank App
I wish they would improve fraudulent transactions, like alerting me to fraudulent transaction, because the bank fraudulent identification company that Horizon Bank use is not user friendly.
The fraudulent identification company recently missed a transaction and now the bank is tracking it down. The FIC people did not handle the fraudulent transactions as I instructed.

I have never liked the Horizon app for bill paying. I have three banking apps on my phone, Chase, 5/3, and Horizon. Chase is the simplest to use, Horizon is the most difficult.

It is a good point that the only way to download or print from the mobile app is by using the e-statement download option. Recent activity printouts are not yet available on the app. This feature is currently only available on the desktop / browser version of Horizon Online Banking. We will continue working to make the app just as robust as the desktop version. Thank you for your excellent suggestion!
