Two Screens
I like the convenience of the app. For some time, when I close the app two screens slide to the left instead of just one screen. I took it to my branch and was told by a teller who looked when I logged out that hers does not behave that way. She suggested I contact IT. I called the main office and asked to speak with IT. No one was available. I left a message but the lady who answered did not understand what I explained. It happens on my iPhone. One teller had the same phone version but not the same behavior on hers.

Not up to date
I was banking with Salin Bank until they merged with Horizon. Horizon app is horrible. On my Salin app as soon as I would use my debit card my purchases would show up on the app IMMEDIATELY. With Horizon I never know my balance. I get on one minute and it’s $75 the next it’s $2 then $4. Purchases do not come out of my balance immediately. Some take days. I’ve seen some show up and then the next day not be there and three days later it’s back on there. Really considering switching banks. I do not have time to keep record on paper of my transactions and I’m usually pretty good about doing the math in my head but this app has had me all confused. 👎👎👎👎👎

Hate the app
I have so much trouble with this app. I have to try to login three different times before it lets me on. The entire time I’m using the right password. Then I’ll be looking through my transactions and it says that it’s logging out due to inactivity... while I’m actively scrolling through. On top of that my transactions aren’t clearing the bank very quickly at all. My old bank would have my charges posted immediately or within an hour or two. This app has taken a week or longer on most of my charges.

It needs some work
I️ really like that banks have apps to help keep you on track with your balance.
However, Horizon’s app needs some fixing; once you deposit a check it will show up that day but sometimes after your deposit goes in it tells your full balance one day and the next time you check it says a negative balance.
Sometimes it takes forever to update you balance. I’m a mom of a 5 year old and a set of 1 year old twins; it’s easy to open the app because I️ dont have time to write it down. (My fault I️ know) if you fix these bugs that would be great. Also I️ think the over draft fee is ridiculous if you draft over $5, you should make it $10 or $20 or at least make it up to the same amount your charging us one we over draft.

Easy and intuitive to use.
App is what you would expect from a banking app. Mobile deposits are easy and credited to your account within a day. The text features for alerts and bill pay reminders are useful. The app is on par with the full content website minus the promos. My banking is done while I have coffee in the morning. I like.

Add feature
Need to allow the ability to enter a written check transaction so the checking account balance is more accurate to date. This feature was available in the PFS&L system. Still have to rely on a checkbook register and have to add debit card transactions to be accurate.
