Checking account

Great job in reporting. However, I cannot find a tab to print out my activity…….this s still the same. You need to include a separate tab to be able to access the ability to print I still don’t see a tab to be able to print out my checking account

I still think the ability to print my banking activity should be an option

It is a good point that the only way to download or print from the mobile app is by using the e-statement download option. Recent activity printouts are not yet available on the app. This feature is currently only available on the desktop / browser version of Horizon Online Banking. We will continue working to make the app just as robust as the desktop version. Thank you for your excellent suggestion!

Horizon Bank is THE BEST

I love that the Horizon Bank team is always available to help me with my financial needs. They have went the extra mile for me more than one occasion whether I’m having a financial hardship or applying for a home loan. Based on the expert advice of Horizon Banks loan officers I have been able to focus on improving mine and my husband's credit scores and we will be purchasing our first home by the fall. Thank you Horizon team.

I find that handling my accounts on line very helpful except for one BIG problem. I have a number of accounts that are through Chase Card services. You USED to list them with an account number; however, you stopped doing that, so now I have to use a paper bill and a stamp to send some bills out. I am thinking about switching banks because of that.

Excellent service!

I absolutely love the kind and friendly bank tellers! I truly appreciate how helpful the they all were as I transition to handling all of the banking once my husband became disabled. Previously, he did all the banking, so it took me some time to find my way through all he had been handling. Your staff patiently guided me and never stopped showing concern for his well-being.

Definitely not user friendly

This has been a very difficult app to navigate. First I could not connect it with my bank for auto loan payments without calling three times to get three different answers from customer service. Then when I finally got auto withdrawal set up for auto payment, it duplicated and withdrew a double payment.
I am tech savvy and this app is not user friendly. I struggle to find what I am looking for each month because it is buried in steps to go through to find basic information.

Good App, Great Communication

I’ve been with Horizon since I first ever opened an account about 3 years ago. I’ve been using the app for as long as I’ve had an account and never had a problem or complaint. The Horizon Online Banking app is incredibly clear cut, easy to navigate, and highly communicative. I can also reach out to 24hr customer service through the chatline available on the main menu.

Glitches

Overall the app is great, but there is a few things to fix. The app does sometimes not show the right amount that you have and will not post what you bought, I think maybe it a bug or something they could easily fix. This is the only issue I have had with the app overall it’s great.

Works but is always down/inaccurate

It’s works most of the time, but more often then not it shows your balance from a couple days prior, or they have maintenance going on rendering the app useless. I wish they could get the app working on the technical side before updating the looks and moving the buttons around every three weeks.
