Horrible!!!

This app is absolutely horrific! It fact it’s is forcing me to have to switch banks entirely! If you had any idea how many times you prevent d me from being able to get gas when I needed it! Ugh. So I have a checking and a savings account and I like to keep all my money in savings and move only what I’m going to spend to my checking. Which I should be able to do no problem and I used to alway no problem. However in the last several months every single night between 8pm-11pm the app starts moving my money around. Completely showing different amounts in both accounts every 5-10 mins preventing me from being able to move my money to my checking account and these are the hours I work and am active and need gas! Then at 11 pm magically all my money is back where it is supposed to be! Why are you moving my money all around every single night?????

Easy and Informative

This banking app is intuitive and very easy to navigate. It also provides quick access to detailed account details and documents. Using the app saves a significant amount of time.

Frequent Login Hiccups

Frequently when I open the app throughout the day I am met with the password screen instead of Face ID or passcode options when I have both enabled and set up. At that point I either have to log in manually or force close and reopen the app to restore the ability to unlock with Face ID or a passcode. Also there was a roughly one to two week period where every third or fourth log in required reauthorization of the device. So while the app performs reasonably well the log in challenges definitely take away from the connivence of having access right on your phone.

This is not good!..

I hate that it takes so long for something to clear!.. I did not have this issue with Chemical.. The problem is that these days we rely on the apps like a check registry but it takes so long for things to clear that it becomes very easy to miss something and end up with an overdraft fee!.. I haven’t had this problem but now all of a sudden I have an overdraft fee because I thought for quite some time that I had transferred enough money, but weeks later I see that is not the case!… Not Happy with this bank period…

Simple and easy to use. Gets the job done well.

I really like the enhancements Horizon made to their banking app. The quick balance feature makes checking my accounts super easy. My accounts are organized and I can add labels to them. Bill pay is awesome and I use the remote checking deposit feature all the time. The addition of Zelle makes it easy to pay friends and family and the new thumb bar menu at the bottom makes navigating the app easier than the past.

Consistent, speedy and accurate

Love using this app. The face recognition works seamlessly and quickly. The deposits are easy and accurate. Overall great app for a smaller bank chain that provides great service. In person and in app!

After using your remote deposit feature for years it quit working five months ago. I’ve worked with your bank in person, by tech support over phone, talked to Verizon in person , called Apple support… all without remedy. I’ve likely invested close to 8 hours time and completely reset both my phone and iPad to factory original default settings (losing personalized settings). Nothing works. Horizon says it’s a problem with my phone. Apple says it’s a problem with your app. I am very dissatisfied wit not being able to restore use of this feature. One star may be a generous rating. The app works to see accounts, transfer funds between accounts, but no longer works for remote deposit.

Worth it

I use this app every single day. It’s so nice to know what you have in your accounts at all times. And there’s not a lot of maintenance to be done so I don’t really need to worry much about not being able to log in.

Thank you for the convenient use at home. Got marked down because of the really really high service charge fee, that has over drafted an account of mine that didn’t have any activity on it and your bank bought TCF and then whammy you charged a service fee/overdrafting my account (without use)
