Decent App ruined by ads
I’ve used this app for ages, and it’s always been fine: does what it’s supposed to with no fuss. Then the developers decide to start slapping an ad over the whole screen as soon as you open it. Imagine, you’re running for a train, you need to quickly check if you’re going to make it, you open the app, and… splat!!, an ad makes the app unusable for 20 seconds, just at the crucial time. I understand the need for ads on free apps, but not this way. Uninstalling.

No longer working (update- but being fixed)
Like many others, this app has always worked really well, easily would rate 5 stars, but about a month ago the journey planner stopped working. Disappointed as it is easy to use and very good. Don’t really know what is happening, whether it is being fixed etc, can’t believe it is being abandoned but no word.
Update: sent a message to the developers about the above, it appears their data feed had altered requiring them to accommodate, said it would be fixed soon. Hope so as it is a great app, will upgrade to 5stars when fixed.

Hi, We're sorry about this, due to unforseen circumstances the journey planner stopped working and we have had to change the data feed for this to get it working again. We are in the final stages of testing with this and hope to have it back available for you very soon
How long still?
Until a month ago, I would have rated this app 5 stars. Now I’d give it 1, as it doesn’t work. I have been waiting a month now for the developers to fix it, as they’ve promised How much longer do I still have to wait?
What happened to the pro version?
I bought the pro version to avoid the adverts and for a while the app was very good. But now the pro version appears to have disappeared. The journey planner functionally simply doesn’t work and the station list is rarely updated (Cambridge north has been a station for nearly two years and is still unrecognised by the app). I deleted my version of pro thinking that updating it would resolve the issues only to find that it no longer exists. If you download the available one it gives adverts and a pointer to down load the pro version if you want the journey planner. Then says it’s unavailable.

Great App
Easy to use and very accurate on the times
It's a scam!
Under no circumstances buy tickets through this, it's a scam. I bought 2 return tickets for £47, got a window saying the transaction was approved and I's get an email. Email never arrived, on the app there was nothing shown in Receipts and the only way you can contact them is email, for which you get an automated reply but no follow up. The money was taken out of my account and there appears no way of getting it back as I used a debit card. SCAM pure and simple.

Poor App
Everything was ok until you come to finalise your purchase, for 2 days of attempting and getting the message that they were unavailable to proceed with my purchase. I went on the full website and purchased without a glitch.
Tiny map unfortunately
This might be ok for commuting in the UK but for train excursions this is not the best as the map is tiny and roads are much more prominent than rail lines. I recommend the apps National Rail and Great Britain Rail Free as they are much better for excursion planning and journeys.
Poor app and misleading
In line with other reviews I found the user interface to be very clunky, poorly laid out and adverts kept getting in the way. You then have to enter all your details again, and it isn't made clear that you get charged to pound 50 for using a debit card! In addition although it appears on passport is a reminder of your ticket details, not a ticket. 15 minutes I ended up paying £6.50 for a 4 pound ticket which I then had to go and collect from the ticket machine in any case. Database is a mess
Tried to look up train times from Euston to Milton Keynes after 10am. It showed me 7am times I pulled up to show "later times" and it jumped to 23:00!!
Instant delete. Using national rail or trainline app instead.
