First Class
Whether you are a first class passenger or not (and who isn't?) this is a first class app. Straightforward to use and with accurate information, I recommend it to all who travel by rail.

Excellent work one of the best train apps around, and a great improvement from the first version
Great app but latest update has borked it
This app is a great app it's unfortunate that version 1.1 update released 12 August 2013 has made the app go into a crash each time it's launched! But this shouldn't put you off as this will be sorted out soon, the app is great it integrates the great ethic of design with the raileasy value travel tickets system a good marriage imo. This and it's sister app tube tracker are a great double act so don't hesitate to get these apps!

My Train
Took a trip to London and thought this would be a really useful app.
However, our train home was cancelled yet the app said the train was on time. Later when I check the progress of the cancelled service by arrival at the destination station it showed it the train was still on time??
I would have to question the validity of the information provided by this app.
Is it a program that uses the time on your smart phone to show you the progress of a journey?

Beware hidden charges
I've used their Tube app and like it so I thought I'd give their train app a go too. It works well enough and is quite straightforward but what I didn't like was that there are both online booking fees and card charge fees added to the train fare and you're only told about them when it comes time to click Make Payment.
You've filled in all of your details, payment info etc but the charges are displayed and added on at the very end - these should be made clear at the beginning of the booking process!

Lovely app
Really great to use and gives you everything you need. Love the way it highlights cheapest ticket options and best value travel times. Best way to buy tickets when out and about!
Great app for trains
As soemone who travels by train a lot, I have found there are quite a few apps and sites that are in this space but this one brings a very good screen which is simple and easy to use. Also the ease of buying and reviewing tickets is great and there is a wealth of useful information on here on a great looking and working app... Recommended highly
