Another screwed up “upgrade”!!

Looks like another rush job not fully checked out . After the “upgrade” I can no longer see my checking accounts, savings account, and bill pay just returns an error screen !

I just hope you have not wiped out my checking and savings!

First-degree robbery

I don’t know if it is the bank or the app, but it constantly takes my money. Let me explain.
When you are living paycheck to paycheck, as I am, every dollar is accounted for. That being said I do not add up every penny I spend as I’m spending it a lot of times I will just open the app and see how much I have in my checking account, and I’ll purchase whatever it is that I might be getting a coffee whatever. But yet apg continuously charges me overdraft fee. I will look at the amount of money I have in the bank in my checking account and then I will purchase something for that amount or close to it. Just to turn around and find out that there was something else pending so they hit me with overdraft fee and they do this constantly!! You’re telling me in 2024 with the technology that there is today that if you don’t have that amount of money in there, they can’t decline it? cash app does it why can’t a real bank or a credit union?

Tremendous improvement

This newest app gives the user a lot of control and ways to identify and track your financial transactions. One thing I see lacking is an ability to go back and forward on transaction pages from the top. As of now, you have to scroll all the way down to either go back or forward another page.

Always Issues

I like to do the math in the notes on my phone when spending money. I’ll even round it to be safe.. yet when I go into the app, more money is missing. Something is always off with this bank. And to add to this, there’s almost always an issue. Like the system being down, or the app not working and at the most inconvenient times. Lastly, the cherry on top- they always flag your card for fraud for thee dumbest reasons. You could be getting gas or groceries at a normal price and in your local area. Most banks flag when someone is purchasing Prada items across the country.

Do better.

Excellent Credit Union

Got the best rates, approved quickly . Had a bunch of new customer questions and the customer service reps were amazing and very pleasant to speak with. They went above and beyond to get my answers, plus actually followed up with me to see if Everything I asked about got handled. By far, the best customer service!

I find app easy to use and understand. Only thing I have found when having multiple accounts and when looking thru them it’s very easy to move them around if slightly dragging your finger over them. I wish they would lick in place and there was a different way to move them or not as easy. Otherwise I find it user friendly.

Not intuitive

I do not like this app at all. It is not intuitive. I find myself going to the web browser to pay bills and use the old system, because I can’t figure out how to update recurring bills and know they are updated. The last time I tried to update one in the app, I double paid.

Finding mobile check deposit is not easy. Paying my visa bill is not easy.

I bounce between the app and web browser every time I do my online banking trying to figure out where the features are that I need, and which works in which set up. It’s a nightmare.

Reasonably good app.

Overall the app is user friendly and intuitive.

My only real issue is the transfer of funds from say checking to make a random credit card payment. It used to be simple, now not so much. If you have three accounts, checking savings and credit card why are they not all easily linked like they used to be?

Great upgrade!!!

Super happy with the in depth balances, alerts you can customize, and the financial charts and organizing. I literally left Wells Fargo for 20 years to be with APG just because how awesome the online banking is. The people and the high yield accounts also are a huge benefit. Thank you so much, do not change anything. It’s perfect!! Best bank by far all around!!
