Don’t fix things that aren’t broken

I had no idea you decided to make a new app rather than update the old one. Really appreciate wasting my morning troubleshooting and having to look at App Store comments on how to transfer funds to pay my credit card. Next time you want to change things like this, make it painfully obvious rather than have your customers be your quality assurance testers.

Don’t like

With this new app. When you pay your loan/car payment/credit card payment from your checking or savings account it doesn’t automatically transfer the payment like it used to. Doesn’t even show up as pending anywhere. Also no tap to bring up your credit and or debit card to temporarily turn them off. Have to download a completely different app for that. Should have left the old app alone. For me it worked great.

Sudden app swap yet again

No notices posted in old app letting folks know that app was no defunct, called APGFCU and got a snarky answer saying they had been training for the new app for months and they had it posted on their website. Took me hours to get in to the new app and get all of my bill Pay set back up and I work on computer systems for a job. Poor job transitioning to this app which has a fundamentally different UI/UX which could be a problem for folks. The splash page error for the old app just says “we’re having trouble validating your account credentials” instead of saying something to the effect of “we have a new app, please download the new app”

Great app once you figure it all out…

Navigation of this app is a bit harder then the last apg app. I had a hard time figuring out how to pay my Visa that is connected to my account because I usually I just transferred the money straight over. Now, I have to go to the menu, find ‘Loan Payments’ & there I can transfer to my Visa. It will take some time to get used to the difference.

Can’t Transfer to Credit Card

This new app gives you no option to transfer money from a checking or savings account to a credit card. I didn’t even see an option under the bill pay tab. How am I supposed to pay off my credit card balance if I can’t transfer funds?

Frustrating

Why is this the only app connected to a credit card that doesn’t tell you your latest months bill amount?
