The app is in different shades of grey which makes it more difficult to see. I still haven’t figured out how to see the Ebill statements.
It’s nice that the app and online version are the same but I have same problem with both.
Once the initial updates are made to this platform to address these issues I would request developers to stop making changes to the look and feel of the interface. Once we learn it we don’t want to have to learn another platform or constant tweaks.

New app

Not happy about new app launched with no real explanation on how to use it, had problems with my credit card being declined stopped in bank and tellers had problems trying to figure out why. Transferring funds is more difficult, also had to figure out how to transfer to credit card for payment. This is the reason for 3 stars

New apgfcu

The updated app is a lot easier to use and much faster and responsive than the previous version. The ability to use a pin as a passcode is great.

Bill Pay

I do not like the bill pay. When a person is enrolled on ebill, they do not have an option to see what is due and pay when they want to pay, instead of it being an automatic payment. It is times that the bill may already be paid and it will be paid twice or it is a discrepancy with the bill and APGFCU has paid the bill and the person doesn’t even know the amount. A person should always be able to see the ebill and pay at their own discretion.

Hi Kevin, the quick Bill Pay link is only for quick payments. You can view your full bill information and amounts on the expanded version by logging in to your Online Banking account on our website.

It’s ok

I liked the old app better, when they switched those of us who had external accounts attached to the old one had to reattach. They transferred all our information but that for some reason. It’s a little more navigating compared to the other one. If I’m being honest this app compared to the old APGFCU app just looks cheap and tacky… it’s not sleek or modern. It looks like an old desktop image. Overall, it gets the job done I guess.

Amazing App!! Great Job…

The new app is so user friendly everything is right there no searching. The only downfall is the credit report is TransUnion and they use Equifax for approvals. Knowing the credit score that matters would be a big decision maker.

Unexpected new app

I only log into my account to pay my bills. Kept getting an error trying to login on the old app only to find out the hard way there’s a new app. Wish the old app had some notification it no longer functions. Don’t believe I received any emails or anything that there was a new app I needed to install anyways. I also can’t figure out how to do external transfers like how I did in the old app which is inconvenient perhaps it’s hidden but I guess it is no longer a supported feature.

If you are attempting to make regular payments from an external account, you can make transfers to your regular share account, then transfer an amount from your shares to the loan. Please call 410-272-4000/800-225-2555, option 5, with any further questions.

Make your voice heard in the BoD election

If you Google “APGFCU board of directors”, you can see who’s currently on the board who oversaw this disaster. As of the 3/20/23 election, Burnett and Hatton are board members who oversaw this, while Eskaros sat on the Technology committee at the time. I’m likely to only vote for Sherwood, though you should know know that you can vote for up to three candidates.

Bad App

Was not aware of the App changing until I happened to search the apps to see a new one. And for some reason now my other bank account is missing that I would transfer to APG for my car payment. Now my car payment has not been received and I’m sure it will be late now. Now I have to spend time trying to figure this out again and probably paying a late fee. Thanks for the notification of the updates being made.

Cannot pay mortgage?

Uninstalled app. Reinstalled app. Went through new setup process on a desktop computer through browser. Linked my outside account. Verified my outside account. Now when trying to pay my mortgage, I have one option when selecting my outside account: regular payment. Prior to this fiasco of a new banking platform, I was able to pay extra principal. Where is that option now because I cannot find it in the app or online?

In the meantime, you can make transfers to your regular share account, then transfer an amount from your shares to the loan.
