New app

Not happy about new app launched with no real explanation on how to use it, had problems with my credit card being declined stopped in bank and tellers had problems trying to figure out why. Transferring funds is more difficult, also had to figure out how to transfer to credit card for payment. This is the reason for 3 stars

Love it!!

I couldnโ€™t use the app for many years but I tried a few years later and it worked! Itโ€™s made banking sooo much easier! Iโ€™m hoping the upgrade they are about to do, will only improve it even more!

Great Credit Union - Easy to Use App

Why give money to big banks with zero interest in its customers? Look up how much executives for JPM and Bank of America make off the interest from their depositors money.

Any working person should support credit unions based on their history of FIs in the US, in particular the mid 20th century to today.

Reviewing the Net App Update

No one likes change. There, Iโ€˜ve said it. But I have to admit that this update was relatively painless. It offers some new features (viewing joint accounts, etc.) and seems to be working fine. Thanks for trying hard to be helpful for us.

Why oh Why can loan payments STILL not be made simply and directly??

There is just no reason for how much hassle there is to find the option to pay an APGFCU loan from an external source. It honestly seems like a racket to skim more late fees off of customers. The irregular delay in processing the payment, whether thru autopay or a single self payment, is onerous and frustrating and frankly mystifying in this age of instant online payment options.

Suggestions for improvement

In the previous app, there was a feature that you get to see the total amount of your money from savings and checking account combined at the bottom of the screen. Now that feature is gone, Iโ€™m very disappointed. I would like to have that feature back so I can calculate the total money I have in my accounts better.

I like how easy it is to log in. When checking out accounts the layout is good. My only issue is transferring between accounts is called a loan but in time that should become normal

Only glitch is when I attempted to schedule a future payment and system would not allow it based on current checking account balance. I use this feature often so I make payments in a timely manner.
