Easy to use, but

I think the app is great. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The only thing I would change is the ability to move the individual account tiles. If you touch an account while you were scrolling, it will try to rearrange your account order. it can get frustrating. Other than that the app is good.

Reviewing the Net App Update

No one likes change. There, I‘ve said it. But I have to admit that this update was relatively painless. It offers some new features (viewing joint accounts, etc.) and seems to be working fine. Thanks for trying hard to be helpful for us.

Easy to use

The only thing that drives me crazy is the new way to make visa payments. I know it’s essentially a loan but it’s difficult to think of it that way when no other bank that I bank with does. It was so much more convenient to just transfer from one account to another.

Seeing all accounts

Having all accounts a available for view and then the accounts constantly move the app needs to have a type of lock or something in settings to allow you to move them where you want them but not allow them to freely move all the time.

You need an exterminator for all the bugs in this app

Some features (like transaction classification and name) cannot be edited in the app. (You get a big grey screen). It’s also very difficult to navigate between accounts as there is a drag and drop feature available to move accounts to a preferred display order. The problem is it’s hypersensitive so if you’re simply scrolling down the page you can move an account location without knowing it. Needs some major improvement.

I love this bank !

I’ve had a few banks in my lifetime but APGFCU is the best ! No hidden fees. Great service inside and drive thru . Courteous pleasant employees in every dept. I never had a problem that they didn’t solve immediately. I bank online as well and it’s an amazing easy service . Their loan services are quick and easy too. If your shopping for a reliable bank it would behoove you to consider APGFCU.

Tremendous improvement

This newest app gives the user a lot of control and ways to identify and track your financial transactions.
One thing I see lacking is an ability to go back and forward on transaction pages from the top. As of now, you have to scroll all the way down to either go back or forward another page.

Easy!

Easy to use, everything is right at your fingertips. Not sure what I’d do without this app. It saves me so much time and hassle. I don’t have to fight traffic or stand in lines. And my money is there when I need it!

Great Credit Union - Easy to Use App

Why give money to big banks with zero interest in its customers? Look up how much executives for JPM and Bank of America make off the interest from their depositors money. Any working person should support credit unions based on their history of FIs in the US, in particular the mid 20th century to today.
