We love Shipley’s Do-Nuts, and I’m so happy they have rewards and an app now! This is fantastic!

I love the app and it has friendly service I love when you get points and get free donuts very great I love their products. :)
They add $10 to your order
I place an online order including my tip and they still added $10 to my order cost for no reason. Will not use this app again. No other apps do this. Not acceptable. Why are we fronting extra money, more money for food we haven’t even received yet? Then we have to wait for it to magically be returned in days. No thanks. I have to drive there for pick up anyway so I will pay onsite and keep MY money.

service fees?
use the app to look at the menu n just order it at the store. they charge extra fees just to use the app which is odd.
Points not awarded
It never adds points to my account when items are purchased.

Missing items
App doesn’t have everything on it. It’s missing the option for 1/2 dozen glazed donuts and 1 dozen glazed donuts.
App is good, but not great.
I think the Shipley app is one of the better food apps available, it’s fast, responsive, and not cluttered. I really wished the app had a way to use Apple Pay since you can use Apple Pay in store. That would really streamline the whole experience.
App does not work
So the people behind the counter have scanned me in on the app several times and it has never worked.
